Strategic location. Friendly service. Parking needs to be improved as there are many non-hotel guests occupying the parking lots.

When we enter the room, feeling good as the room is big and looks OK. BUT, disappointed start when we notice there's some yellow spot on blanket and bed sheet. We ask from changing, they did change BUT they mention, even change there still got yellow spot. After changing, they only gave use blanket cover without blanket. When we ask for blanket, the worker said, that cover is blanket😢 we keep explaining what is blanket and what is cover, the person is mention only got this. This is so terrible service as before we asking for changing, there was a thick blanket in our room, but after changing, only got cover without blanket.

Everything is good😊 toilet clean.. Location is strategic, near to town, iron and iron board provided.. Kettle also provided

Good location, easily accessible to amenities like food etc, carpark provided beside hotel, room is spacious and comfortable, value for money, Will stay again next trip.

Good hotel budget at Muar area. Location just nice, nearest to attraction area.

Hotel room is quite plenty .. no carpets.. but is ok for 1 night stay.. should say very convenient within walking distance to all place of interest and shopping mall . 10 mins walk straight down can get cheap and nice seafood restaurant

The room is spacious and clean. Location is good, near to town and there is a restaurant downstair. Parking is provided as well.

Overall is fine, but there is no lift in the hotel so it’s abit troublesome for elderly or people with huge luggage. Also, I was quite surprised there was no disposable slippers provided.

Everything looks well. Room is clean, wifi is good until last day. But maybe got to do with the telecom carrier. Has a number of mid-class eateries nearby. Otherwise 10 mins walking distance to the town center with lots of kopitiam. Indeed value for money. Great stay

This hotel room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed was incredibly plush, and I slept very well. The amenities provided were also much appreciated. I would happily recommend this room to others. It offered great value for the price.

Check out early they are Ok.For regular customer they should be flexible eg staying from 26/1-2/2/25 they still charge RM 20 for early check in.Normally I would check out before 7 am. Bathroom not ideal for old people..

Our stay was very stressing. Pipe music played from before 6 AM to 8.30 PM with veybthin walls. The Air Con condenser unit was loud, likely from the next building beside the Hotel. ( & also.No relief from ear plugs ) Bathroom appears clean but if you peep under the sink or toilet bowl, you will definitely conclude otherwise.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests.
