Le letti, le mutandine, i bianchetti sono confortevoli, ci sono alcuni accessori danneggiati, ma sono stati cambiati. Per la pulizia, alcuni buchi all'angolo della camera.

The overall stay was great. Staffs at reception are outstanding and helpful - We did not receive welcome drink, we justed realized when we saw other guests went to have welcome drink at the restaurant. I was unsure that the welcome drink was about the room package ? There was no toilet paper on the first day - I did not inform reception, use facial paper instead. Housekeeper provided the toilet paper for us when make up the room. The restaurant was very good - I love the food and service.

Beautiful resort, pool refreshing and clean Sparkling clean & beautiful rooms Excellent cuisine - breakfast and dinner very good. Afternoon tea a big plus (could actually replace lunch) Staff very helpful and kind (English skills could be improved though), big heart for children. Outstanding service, they organized a wildlife safari and massage service on short notice. Would always come back. The area is very quiet, which is nice but you definitely need a car to get around.

Il soggiorno è piacevole, anche se c'era qualche infelicità quando siamo arrivati. Il contatore ci ha detto che non avevano ricevuto la mia prenotazione. È stato una sorpresa e un shock. Hanno cercato di chiamare Trip e ci hanno detto che non potevano controllare. Immagina un totale di 11 pach seduto al lobby, senza sentirsi stanco ma non potevano riposare nelle loro stanche. Finalmente hanno ricevuto la luce verde dal viaggio. La colazione era buona, era preordine, quindi dobbiamo solo informarli di ciò che vogliamo. Il personale di contatto Rose era molto utile al colazione.La stanza del mio amico aveva un grande spider sul muro, ma al momento che il personale l'ha presa in aria nel vento dell'aria condizionata. Arghh piuttosto spaventoso in realtà ... Nonostante tutto questo, è stato un piacevole soggiorno in Splendid hotel. Il nostro ultimo fermo prima dell'hotel era di 5-8 minuti di auto. Tuttavia, non c'è 7-11 vicino ma hanno una macchina di vendita per chip e altri snacks. Le camere sono spaziose. Pulizia accettabile. Nessun letto in forma di pellicola o asciugamani, ecc.

The hotel lives up to its name indeed. The hosts (couple) can communicate in English, very personable and attentive even when they are busy. Breakfast was simple, very delicious and not too expensive. Location is far from main attractions but very close to Pak Chong Night Market and the famous Banmai Chaynam restaurant (walking distance across the road). The room layout and setting are very nice and cosy, the balcony has table and chairs to enjoy the view of the lush green trees and creek. Highly recommend.

Great location not far from Kao-Yai National Park Room facilities fair enough for what you have paid for room with BF Staff are all were friendly and helpful Swimming pool quite small and need to clean up , there is no towels on side Room : got only 2 pillows , you can ask for more by dial 0 to the front desk

The hotel is built on a large area and has a very interesting architecture. You enter through the parking garage, upstairs is a friendly reception. The room numbers are confusing, it takes some time to understand the system. The room is nice and big with an extra sofa, a balcony, a modern trendy bathroom with bath and there is a fridge. One side of the bed has no nightstand. At the end of the area is the restaurant and the swimming pool. The pool is very big and circles around a central area. It is 1.20m deep. It is very quiet (aside from loud guests from time to time) and there are many places to sit, lie and relax. The restaurant has a great menu of Thai and western dishes. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. The steak was great and the pizza also nice and thin with good topping. Service is with attention to detail. So far so good. Back in the room, wanting to relax a bit with the remainder of the wine we were exposed to the thumping bass of music from a party at least 100 meters away. Extremely irritating to a point that I had to leave the room and go for a walk. The noise came from a small restaurant on the main road with just a few visitors. It could be heard hundreds of meters down the road and also in the pool area. No escape. I don’t directly blame the hotel for this, but they should contact their neighbors and ask for some consideration. At half the volume it is still more than loud enough for the dancers. It went on till well after 10 pm. After that you can hear some traffic, so I would recommend to ask for a room farther from the road, the second building row. A place where I have to leave my room cannot score high on my come-back list. Unless of course the issue is solved. What a pity that in such a nice place the fun of a small group can affect the guests of 72 rooms in this hotel alone.

A really good way to stay… the idea is fantastic and we felt like we owned the place.. limited people staying due to Covid pandemic, however rooms/tents were always spotlessly clean. Basic room set up with one king and one single bed per tent that really works, plenty of Space and each tent has its own balcony decking area. So each family can have its own space. Plenty of amenities towels always refreshed, air conditioning work really well and the shower were hot on demand so no issues at, with reasonable selection for breakfast and an honest team. We had left some items in the room when we checked out and immediately we were called. A peaceful relax and a change from the norm would go back and also try their other sites too Thank you
