This little motor court/rv inn is a hidden gem. The owners are very sweet and kid and the establishment is ver clean. It is old but in a retro way. The prices are right as well. Plus the owners make homemade pizza and it was very good. We have a dog and the fee was only $10 too boot.

Nice little park with full hookups. If you are looking for trees grass and a pool you will probably be disappointed. But if you are looking for full hook ups and friendly service this is your place. Laundry room is clean, didn’t use the bathroom or showers. Trains run across the highway but they didn’t bother us. A few long term resident’s live here but they were quiet and friendly.

My stay here was planned, and really happy that it all came together. The young lady at the desk was very friendly and was a big help in getting me squared away with the wifi (I'm technologically challenged). The room was very clean, and some essentials were provided. Soap for the bathroom and coffee; take your own shampoo. Since I have very little hair that was not an issue for me 😜. Most impressive for me was the bed; it was just like being at home on my memory foam mattress. Best sleep I've had on the road. The room was small but it was only me so it worked out great. Thanks to the fine folks of Mountainair for the great experience.

The person at the counter (who turned out to be the owner) was friendly, kind, thoughtful and very helpful. He invited us to Thanksgiving dinner, which I declined - I did not tell him but my wife has health issues and my brother-in-law (my wife's brother) was with us and he speaks no English. So we declined his kind offer. The weather on this one day turned snowy and cold but the RV spot was great and we had a great time. We did not stay in one of the cabins or rooms, but they looked very comfortable and nice. We will be returning!
