Molto buon hotel, sono rimasto con 2 adolescenti e hanno avuto la loro stanza e ho avuto la mia. Era una suite familiare. È stato fantastico colazione! Molto pulito e servizio è stato piacevole. Posizione vicino alla città. Ovunque camminava. Solo la questione che ci ha affrontato è che la costruzione si svolge vicino all'hotel e il rumore inizia alle 8:00. Quindi controlla l'aggiornamento della costruzione e si può avere una mattina più piacevole

Loved the stay here. On my visit, I think it was almost a full house booked by a local Vietnamese tour group. It might be, or might not be, because of that, but I was bumped up to a suite, for which I was really appreciative. The suite was super spacious, more space than I, a solo traveler, could need. The hotel was also classy and luxurious. I actually fell asleep in the bathtub and overslept. I took the night train to Sa Pa, so upon arrival it was obviously too early to check in. Hotel staff was very helpful to offer luggage storage while I went to the roof top to have my breakfast and prepare myself to visit Fansipan. Location was super central, only 5 minutes walk to Sa Pa square (where across the street you could catch the mountain tram from Sun Plaza to the cable car station for Fansipan). At the rooftop, and in my room, there were also great views available of the valley and mountain ranges. I think upgrading me to a suite was a great marketing move, because I was grateful and decided to have dinner in the hotel’s restaurant, as well as use their spa facility for a full body massage. Prices were pretty fair for in-house facilities, which I appreciated. Breakfast was a buffet — it wasn’t too memorable in my opinion, but the variety was huge, and the Vietnamese tourists seemed to love it. Staff were also friendly, helpful and great. All in all, I recommend this, and I would love to stay here again.

L’hotel è molto carino, le camere sono pulite e spaziose, la colazione a buffet è buona, hai tante scelte il cibo è buono. Abbiamo provato l’esperienza del massaggio presso l’hotel, servizio ottimo. Siamo sati accolti da Phuc, è il manager, ci ha dato informazioni utili, è stato molto gentile. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Rooms - Big, clean and spacious with gorgeous view. Feels like I am living among the clouds. Restaurant - The staffs are really attentive and friendly. - Breakfast has a good spread. Reception and Concierge - Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Spa - Had the hot stone and foot reflexology and love the techniques used by the Sapa masseur. - Staffs and masseurs are friendly. Room for improvement. - It is great that the hotel offers free transfer to Sapa Center/Station. Overall - Had a surprisingly fabulous stay and if I am back to Sapa, I will definitely stay again with Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel.

The room we booked was a premium room with a Mountain View and balcony, it was a bit more expensive but the views and overall quality of the room was definitely worth it. Clean rooms and good quality facilities in the room. Unfortunately we felt it was slightly let down by some of the staff and would have expected more from a 4 star, especially after paying a higher amount. It felt as though staff were generally disinterested and often hesitant to help with questions. We had a long wait after checking out and got told we couldn’t order any drinks when sitting in the lobby despite their being drinks menus out on the tables. Additionally we had an issue with our toilet which was unusable and, despite being told ‘one moment’ after contacting reception and then having the phone put down, were left waiting over an hour. We had to go downstairs and remind them of the room number and felt were generally met with a hesitance to help. We also asked twice about booking a taxi in advance to Lao Cai station to arrive for a scheduled train. They couldn’t give us a definitive price, like most would, and it also seemed like an inconvenience that we had asked to book one in advance. Eventually we were told one would be booked for us but, when we arrived to wait, the staff again seemed to not be aware of the booking. It was all a little awkward. One member of the staff was lovely and helpful, but unfortunately we feel was let down by her colleagues. Overall a perfect hotel for location, comfort and views but staff dampened the experience.

La vista è spettacolare, si dispone di una vista completa sulla valle di Muong Hoa. Le camere sono molto accoglienti e ben progettate. Venite con legno di fuoco e patate per noi per fare patate dolci e una bottiglia di vino gratuito per noi per avere una famiglia riunita al posto del fuoco. Il pranzo era molto delizioso, il cuoco ha fatto un buon lavoro a cucinare così delizioso cibo.L'hotel è un bel posto per soggiornare, si sente più come una gemma nascosta che non è ancora stata scoperta. E' lontano dalla città, è molto rilassante e un bel po' di fuga dal rumore.

Our recent stay at Aliana Sapa Hotel was nothing short from amazing.
We arrived early at 6am from Hanoi but the hotel wasn't open. We waited till around 7am and the hotel front desk staff - Chau Thi Hong Lien got us checked in early. I think also because the hotel wasn't buzzing with guests. This little touch made our day as we have been travelling 12 hours straight.
Lien not only welcomed us warmly but also gave us fantastic recommendations for our Fansipan trek and finding a local private guide to explore the Hmong village. The price we paid for the private tour was really reasonable too.
Breakfast was good and the restaurant staff were all so polite and nice. Served ala carte I'll recommend to try the porridge, pumpkin soup, carrot soup, and scrambled eggs.
Hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa town, but that's a good thing. It's still within walking distance, and being close to the Mgallery Metropole Hotel and Sun Plaza is a bonus for exploring the area.Our rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff. And that balcony view was downright breathtaking.
To sum it up, Aliana Sapa Hotel - with its excellent service, friendly staff, incredible restaurant, and comfy rooms, it's a hidden gem in Sapa.

We spent a wonderful, very comfortable night at the Sapa Vista Hotel overlooking the beautiful valley and rice terraces. Food and service is excellent, in house massage was amazing and the location perfect! We definitely will come back to Sapa but next time we will stay much longer to explore this beautiful location and kind local people. Thank you for the memories!

Uno dei più ospiti hotel. Tutti là sono così amichevoli e utili. Le camere sono confortevoli e pulite. Abbiamo avuto davvero un sonno molto tranquillo. La vista dalla nostra camera è anche fantastica. E è una pietra gettata dal centro della città. Chiedi i tagli al personale dell'hotel, saranno felici di condividere. La cibo servita nel ristorante è anche buona! Amore il loro hotpot. La colazione è anche buona! Miscela di est e ovest. Amore il loro porridge e fo. Le mancherò.

UUtente ospiteReally good location in centre of town close to Mount Phan Xi Pang Funicular station. Also close to shopping for clothes, souvenirs, massages, restaurants and convenience stores. Rooms very spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms large with large modern showers but hot water restricted to 30 litres, then a 10 min wait for next persons shower. Use smaller hand held rather than rain shower to make it last sufficiently. By no means a short shower and water hot enough. Breakfast only passable quality but then their culture doesn’t venerate breakfast in the same way western cultures do, will cook fresh omelettes or noodle bowls order. Staff friendly and helpful. One negative for quiet enjoyment, location is close to several street bars and roof top bars. But once you close shutters, windows and doors it deadens sound greatly.

MMun YauThe room was clean and we were greeted by a hotel dog which was a surprise.(friendly not barking kind) initially booked the hotel for one night.
In the room there was a post card greeting for us and tea packets.Had the mountain view room which we were able to catch the rail train pass by in the morning to afternoon!
Room includes breakfast buffet that had a amazing view outside! Later on we decided to stay one more night on last minute plans and they just happen to have another room which the room is throughly clean as well! Staff is friendly and able to converse in basic english some better than others. Would come back to stay again if given a chance! The price of the hotel is a steal too!
The only sad thing which cant blame them as the room on higher floor is full. I had stayed at G floor which is below street level. But still had this amazing view on the 3rd photo from our room! Imagine having a higher floor the view would be spectacular!

We had a great stay at the Dragon Hotel. I booked my trip originally through a third party company and needed to change the dates of the trip. The third party company said it’s non-refundable and wouldn’t let me change the dates so I simply extended the trip. Turned out the hotel owner, Kieu Anh tried to reach out to me to accommodate but I didn’t know. She was so kind even before we arrived at the hotel. While we were there, we hiked up Mt. Fansipan and had to leave at 5am on the day of. She woke up early at 5am to make us pho for breakfast before we left. I was so appreciative. On the first night we arrived, I mentioned that I love steamed rice roll so she made it for us for breakfast the last day we were there. She was simply amazing. I was so touched. The room was very nice and spacious with a cute balcony. The location was extremely convenient. While we were there, Kieu Anh also helped us exchange money (she gave us a good rate) and they also have laundry service which was so convenient. If you want a hotel stay with a homestay feel, you must visit the Dragon Hotel.

UUtente ospiteI booked the family room with baloncy. The room is large, with a king bed, it has a separator, then a bulk bed. Thus it is very good for 4 pax to stay.
The bed is comfortable, not to soft and to my liking.
The hotel is just next to the Sapa market and bus station. If you like to buy local stuff like nuts, it is very convenient.
To walk to Sun Plaza (Sapa station) and there are many restaurants and cafes, it is about 20 mins walk.
Sapa is a small town, thus you will not get lost.

UUtente ospiteHighly recommended Hotel. Large room on the 6th floor had great views over the town and the mountains. A little back from the main road so quieter on the street. Breakfast was really good, omelette and pancakes were delicious. Good selection of fruits and juice as well. Staff very helpful with local tours etc and also do laundry here - charge 50k per kilo and takes about 24 hrs. There is some noise if there’s an event in the square close by so if your a light sleeper check first or take ear plugs just in case. Great to be in a cooler climate for a few days after Hanoi.

RRIYAZThis hotel is located right in the heart of Sapa Town and within walking distance to many eateries, shops and massage joints. Reception was nice to allow us to place out bags since we arrive very early in the morning. The view from the room was incredible and breathtaking. Breakfast was alright.
However our stay was marred by the poor cleanliness of the room. On our first night, we were bitten by bed bugs. That actually spoiled our memories of this place. Unfortunately due to public holiday, all rooms were fully booked, so we were stuck with the same room. The staff did replace the bedsheets and pillows immediately though. However the staff could have been more sympathetic instead of suggesting that we can cancel the booking when we insisted on changing rooms. Hope the hotel staff will be more sensitive and management makes a conscious effort to check the room cleanliness and make it a priority.

UUtente ospiteVery nice and relax hotel. Arrived in the morning around 4+ and was upset that we can’t get to the hotel because of road work. Cars not allowed to drive over hence we need to stop at the construction site and carry our luggage to walk over the uneven road ( muddy and many stones). Not a long distance but I think the hotel management should notify the customers on this as it is really a hassle. Overall, the hotel is very comfy

UUtente anonimoSituazione si trova vicino al centro Sapa principale dove la strada a sinistra dopo aver uscito dall'hotel, bella barca a vapore e bbq, parlore di massaggio, club, posti da bere a notte e il mercato Sapa sono situati, a piedi di distanza alta da 10 a 15 minuti. E' anche a 10 minuti a piedi vicino alla stazione di autobus per prendere quelli che prendono il bus a dormire a Hanoi.
La vista dell'hotel è bella, con montagne ma un po' di fuoco durante il soggiorno. Il sole diretto nella stanza mattina.
Il personale dell'hotel è abbastanza gentile da organizzare il trasporto verso i luoghi interessanti di Sapa senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, il pagamento è 100% al conducente.
Il lato inferiore dell'hotel non ha ascensore, tutti i bagagli e gli oggetti devono essere prelevati utilizzando il volo delle scale accanto all'hotel, e il suo in zona aperta senza tetto/ombra, se la pioggia sarà certamente bagnata. Ma l'hotel fornisce ombrello e il personale dell'hotel aiuta a portare il bagaglio.
L'hotel stesso è situato anche in alto per raggiungere il lobby.
La doccia d'acqua calda durerà solo per un massimo di 15 minuti, e poi l'acqua inizia a diventare fredda, non buona per un tempo freddo come questo.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, The location is good. Very near to the nearby lake, bus terminal and the Notre Dame Church.
I booked a room with a city view but was not assigned to such a room upon our check in, though upon my verbal request, they transferred us to the room with a city view on the second floor.
Unfortunately, we notice that the hallway going to that room is being used as a stocked area of some unused beds causing quite discomfort in walking along that way to our room.
The comfort room also needs some repair and improvements. With a rusty and detached towel hanger inside.
The room itself is okay but has a defective door knob.
On our last night of stay, we were not able to have sound sleep due to continuous noise within the hotel Which we were not able to identify where the noise is coming from.
Practically, we still recommend this hotel for those who are planning to have trips to Sa Pa

Prima di tutto, i proprietari - Chang e David. Sono i migliori! Ci trattano come famiglia. Le camere sono eccellenti! Prenotammo 2 camere. Una era proprio accanto alla piscina con vista del treno dall'interno della stanza. L'altra stanza è al terzo piano, vista sul treno e l'altro edificio di Sapa. L'hotel ha 2 ascensori di servizio, piscina per bambini, biliardo, cibo è stato bello. Il caffè era fantastico! David ha offerto di guidarci intorno alla città. Abbiamo fatto un giro per la costa alpina e per il villaggio di Cat-Cat con lui come nostro guidatore, e abbiamo offerto di comprarci il caffè. Chang è andato oltre il top per servirci. Lei organizza la nostra esperienza di fansipano, chiama l'operatore di autobus a organizzare un pick-up direttamente dall'hotel, al nostro ritorno a Hanoi, e ci hanno anche lasciati con un dono di ringraziamento.
