Гостиницу забронировали через сайт, повод- поездка в командировку. При заселении никаких вопросов не возникло, нас ждали, и пребывание в гостинице, которую называли между собой не иначе, как царские хоромы, доставило нам эстетический и физический комфорт! Очень красивый холл, вежливые девушки на ресепшене, прекрасные номера, все чисто и аккуратно, мебель в комнате и оборудование туалетной комнаты на высоте, выдаются полноценные гигиенические наборы. Ночью тихо и комфортно. Так как командировка была длительной, пришлось даже заказать стирку вещи, через буквально 3 часа кофта висела уже номере чистые и аккуратная. Отдельное спасибо за питание - шведский стол на любой разнообразный вкус. Вобщем пребывание в Барнауле благодаря одноименной гостинице оставило незабываемое впечатление в гостеприимном Алтайском городе. СПАСИБО!!!

The hotel neighbors the Altay Region Administration, the Regional Drama Theatre, the Theatre of Musical Comedy, Central Department Store, the largest library of the region, the main city square, many buildings of Altai universities, the largest sports complex of the region, and the regional Diagnostic Center.
Accommodation is available in 120 comfortable rooms of different categories - from Standard, Superior, Suite, and Apartment Suite. Each room includes all the necessary things - bed, desk, wardrobe, TV, telephone, fridge, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, and Wi-Fi Internet access.
All guests are offered fixed breakfast in the morning. Hotel guests can also order half board (two meals daily) or full board (three meals daily). The restaurant, serving European cuisine, and a cozy cafe are always at the guests' disposal. Food and drinks can also be delivered via room-service.
For hosting various business events the hotel provides a well-equipped state-of-the-art conference hall. The hall can be easily transformed to seat from 10 to 80 people at a time. Un grande gruppo si è fermato dal 06 agosto al 15 agosto. Prenotato le camere di tutte le categorie disponibili. L'approccio alla prenotazione è stato molto soddisfatto.Il gestore della prenotazione ha tenuto conto di tutti i nostri desideri.L'intero gruppo è rimasto soddisfatto. L'hotel è nel centro. Ci sono parcheggi per il trasporto di auto, parcheggio per autobus turistici. Ci sono parcheggio a carburante per due auto elettriche. Ci è una sala abbastanza grande in hotel. Sport.Sports room modesta dimensioni, ma con la necessaria serie di allenatori. Posso segnalare l'eccellente lavoro del servizio di casalinga. Lo stesso servizio quando la cameriera non è visibile, ma le camere sono sempre pulite. Grazie mille per questo servizio alberghiero. Le camere sono confortevoli, tutto è pensato, le camere hanno tutto quello che serve, le carenze possono essere l'incapacità di aprire la finestra, ma è più che un tributo alla moda europea per la cura della sicurezza degli ospiti. Molto ambiente domestico della sala. Buono caffè, pasticceria, frutta. Perfettamente accurato per rimanere soddisfatto con colazione. All'ingresso alla sala una splendida esposizione della vecchia telecamera. Una mini tour in retrofoto. I conoscenti vorranno. È la sala principale di ristorante che merita una particolare attenzione. Lavori dalle 12:00 alle 24:00 (Cucina alle 23:00 Collezione di ristorante giovani e molto amichevoli Gli uomini elegantemente sorridenti sul viso lavorano con la conoscenza del vostro caso. ma poi deciso che buone parole meritano assolutamente tutto! In ristorante consiglio di provare la limonata e il tè. Buona carne e pesce.Una grande scelta di cucina. Tutti i piatti sono fuoco! Grazie a tutti coloro che lavorano all'hotel forniscono un buon riposo. Hospitale, comodo, pulito, delizioso.

Этот отель был выбран по высоким баллам и хвалебным отзывам на другом сайте для путешественников. На деле, все оказалось несколько иначе, чем предполагалось. Внутри отель хорош: мебель новая, чисто, внимательные сотрудники - претензий нет. Но находится отель в спальном районе (другие путешественники писали, что это бизнес-центр Барнаула, но сложно с ними согласиться). Напротив - крытый рынок. Рядом - стройка (впрочем, ее было неслышно). Окна выходят либо на парковку, либо на жилой многоэтажный дом. В отеле достаточно плохая звукоизоляция, а стена в стену к отелю находится банкетный зал. В первую ночь пребывания там было мероприятие, музыку слышали очень хорошо. Ценник за ночь достаточно высок, поэтому не очень понятно, почему, например, за феном и горячей водой надо идти на ресепшн, а тапочки и вовсе купить. Ну и, на мой взгляд, в стоимость номера можно было бы включить завтрак.

The hotel has 30 single rooms with air conditioning, TV (satellite, cable TV, Internet), telephone, mini-bar, as well as 8 double rooms. The remaining 9 rooms are luxury, with an original interior and superior comfort, four of which have bay windows with a view of the city.
It offers a sauna with a round tub "Jacuzzi", a SPA-salon where you can do massage, there is a vertical turbosolary. In addition, guests can visit the beauty salon (haircut, hairstyles, manicure), located on the 1st floor of the hotel.
The cafe on the ground floor is open from 7-00 to 21-00, the bar is open around the clock, on the seventh floor there is a cozy lounge bar under a glass dome. There is a room-service system (ordering food and drinks in the rooms, in the sauna).
Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available around the clock in the cafe, lounge bar and rooms of the hotel.

Добрый день! Проживали в гостинице с 24.09 по 30.09, были в деловой командировке. Гостиница очень понравилась (поверьте, есть с чем сравнивать). В номере всегда чисто (влажная уборка ежедневно), полотенца свежие каждый день, предметы гигиены пополняются. Через три дня поменяли постельное бельё. Девочки – горничные очень приветливые, обходительные, аккуратные. Отдельное спасибо кухне, низкий поклон повару. Завтраки изумительно вкусные, обязательно каша (за 5 дней ни разу не повторилась), омлет, овощная, мясная и сырная нарезки, котлеты или курица с гарниром. Выпечка просто изумительная. Благодарим персонал гостиницы «Улитка» за гостеприимство, будем вас рекомендовать нашим друзьям и коллегам. Желаем вам процветания. Гости из Иркутска.

Istruzioni: le strutture della stanza sono molto complete, ci sono divano TV, frigo, salotto, utensili da cucina, completamente cucinati da soli. Il difensore indipendente, e intorno a lui è molto tranquillo. Ci vogliono circa dieci minuti per camminare qui per la Università nazionale di Althai. Il personale dell'hotel è anche molto amichevole. Chiederanno ogni giorno se c'è bisogno di pulire. Il manager parlerà inglese. La comunicazione è completamente tranquilla, e il manager è molto bello!! Si raccomanda davvero qui!!!!All'inizio vivevamo nella camera 302, la camera era un bagno indipendente, una cucina, una camera da letto.Più tardi, ho trasferito la camera 308, la camera da letto era due camere separate, una cucina aperta, un soggiorno, un balcone, una camera da letto.L'hotel stile appartamento è davvero fantastico!! Se hai bisogno di cucina e vivere sempre, puoi davvero scegliere qui!!(Se due camere da letto monopersona sono con amici, una persona è conosciuta 90/giorno) immagini e presentazioni incomplete su Trip.com, se non sei sicuro, consigliamo di venire direttamente all'hotel per vedere la stanza!!Veramente buono!!!!
