Hotel con vista sulle montagne a Distretto di Shimotakai

Just wanna share my experience of staying in this beautiful hotel. 1- The location and the views from the hotel are just amazing! Especially during sunsets! 2- The personal and stuff of the hotel are super super friendly, if I could I would give 10 stars for the hospitality. 3- Onsens and the view are something out from this world 4- What I was really amazed is the kitchen and the chef that is cooking. If you stay in this hotel I highly recommend take the breakfast and dinners. You will have a high class food with a presentation and explanation of each dish by the servant. Best experience 5- Last but not the least I forgot my speaker in the hotel. The stuff brought it back the same day to me to another hotel I moved after NISHIHOPPO. So guys, less words more actions! 10 stars to this amazing hotel and it’s owner. My respect.

Servizio e posizione meravigliosi. L'host verrà a prendervi alla stazione e potrà anche accompagnarvi al Monkey Park. L'onsen condiviso del ryokan è delizioso, pulito e ampio. Anche l'onsen privato è piuttosto unico e confortevole. La colazione era abbondante e deliziosa, servita in camera. Gli ospiti del ryokan hanno anche accesso a tutti i 9 bagni pubblici onsen di Shibu. Siamo stati davvero grati di avere la possibilità di soggiornare qui, grazie mille Yumoto! 性價比超好，早晚餐包括，老闆員工都很有善，會跟父母再嚟，可以ski in out ,酒店會有個老司機手車很好幫你泊車，酒店隔離就係講多啦纜車票店，風景很優美，回酒店可以浸溫泉，多比會有嘢飲提供，有少少似日式club med, 而且酒店嘅裝環都是山頂的花拼成的，非常有心思！而且志賀嘅雪真係好厚滑！

It was brilliant! It is the same with pictures on this site. They gave me yukata and towel and changed it every day. I had a tea and enjoyed it on my balcony. I tried a futon at first time in my life. I had my own reserved table for breakfast. ❗❗❗The hotel has its own bus with driver, which took me to the Snow Monkey Park and to the station for free! Actually staff was so polite! It is seems like you are someone important. Actually the only one minus that you can't go to all 9 Shibu Onsen's baths, but just to 9th bath only. But the hotel has its own bath even open-air. It was really nice and comfortable accommodation.

We initially couldn't secure rooms with en-suite bathrooms, but we were pleasantly surprised by how clean both the shared bathrooms and rooms were. The onsen was a delightful feature, offering both indoor and outdoor baths. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, and the location is very convenient—just a short walk to Nozawa Onsen town and close to the ski park. We had such a great time and will definitely be returning!

Shiga Palace Hotel is a great choice for its location alone—set right in the mountains, it offers easy access to the surrounding area and beautiful scenery that really adds to the experience. One of the highlights was the buffet meals. The food was plentiful, varied, and satisfying, making it easy to refuel after a long day of exploring. The rooms were very traditional Japanese style, which felt authentic and fitting for the setting. While simple, they gave a true sense of staying in a classic Japanese hotel. The communal onsen was also a memorable experience—relaxing, cultural, and something everyone should try at least once while visiting Japan. Overall, the location and meals are major pluses, and the traditional rooms and onsen make this hotel a unique and enjoyable stay.

Molto buona esperienza. Il personale era molto amichevole e accogliente. Il ristorante francese era delizioso. E è stato bello che ci fosse un noleggio sciistico e un deposito proprio all'interno dell'hotel. Inoltre, la comodità di sciare a destra dell'ascensore è celeste. Il bar/lounge era freddo e accogliente. Tuttavia, sembrava che ci fosse una carenza di personale, soprattutto di personale nuovo, o entrambi. Le riserve obbligatorie per la cena erano molto restrittive, anche se quando arrivavano all'ora prenotata, il ristorante era mezzo vuoto e la maggior parte frustrante era che non ci fossero opzioni per ottenere qualsiasi tipo di cibo dopo le 8:30. Quindi se avete fame dopo quel tempo o volete un snack, è meglio pre acquistare una delle tre opzioni di noodles istantanei dal lobby (prima che si chiude anche).

Il personale e il personale dell'hotel sono molto buoni servizi, l'hotel è vicino alle corse sci, le camere sono molto vecchie, il ronzio è vecchio e non pulito.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shiga Kogen Sunvalley hotel. It's only a 20 mins bus ride from the Snow Monkey Park. The bus stop (S15) is about 100m away but when it's heavily snowing, it could be a little difficult to pull your luggage across the road. During the winter season, there's a free shuttle bus that takes you around the different resorts. The hotel also has ski rentals and the pricing is very reasonable and convenient for hotel guests to pickup and drop-off. The onsite onsen and sauna is clean and well maintained. We had breakfast included - food selection is good with a mix of Western and Japanese cuisine. Dinner required reservation and you have a choice of Japanese set course, or a casual course. Usui and the team really know how to provide great hospitality and we really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel e esperienza meraviglioso. Abbiamo arrivato in off-season (aprile) ma avevamo ancora una buona polvere di neve. Così convenientemente situato vicino alla zona di sci di famiglia Ichinose e ha tutto quello che ti serve direttamente sulla proprietà (affitto, lockers, ristorante, magazzino, onsen). Il cibo nel ristorante è molto delizioso e di alta qualità e si può mangiare quanto si desidera.  La stanza ha una bella vista sulla scena e si trovava confortevole una volta che si era chiamato nelle impostazioni del riscaldamento.  La parte migliore dell'hotel era il personale, così amichevole e accogliente. Ho subito un danno in anticipo durante il viaggio e non potevano essere più utili e accoglienti.  Aspettate di tornare.
