The Wells Cashiers

We stayed here years ago and thought it quaint. This trip it’s been remodeled and truly a boutique hotel! The setting is beautiful! Close to everything. The staff, namely Zakira made the experience an unforgettable one! She is genuine, thoughtful, helpful and made us feel so welcome! Thank you Zakira! You truly made our stay the most enjoyable of any hotel we’ve ever stayed in! Can’t wait to return!

Always a pleasure to stay here. Room is large, clean, and comfortable. Love the screen porch for morning coffee! Rooms are stocked with essentials but so nice to have access to get refills on coffee, towels, etc. Zakira was wonderful in helping with our reservation. A;ways a pleasure. Our favorite place to stay!

We stayed one night in the double king room at the Wells Hotel. The room was renovated and modern. The beds were very comfortable foam mattresses. The shower was hot. We will definitely hear again if we get the chance. I asked to upgrade to a different room before we arrived, and management easily accommodated us.

I saw the Wells Hotel Cashier on a Travel Instagram blog and thought it was so cute. My husband and I loved our stay. The hotel is more on the line of a boutigue hotel. We stayed in the Deluxe King Suite. It was large and had it's own screened in patio. The bed was very comfortable, actually the over all room was very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest to the hotel is to put some type of table in the room. There wasn't any place inside the room to eat when we brought back food to our room. The hotel is located right next to Whiteside Brewery and Restaurant. The food there was good. Cashiers is a small town and everything closes fairly early, around 8 pm on weekdays, but that didn't bother us too much because we were usually tired and back in our room by that time. On the travel blog I thought the hotel was located walking distance from a waterfall, but we didn't see any walking distance from the hotel, but we didn't ask either. Overall I would stay here again.

Perfect and cozy bed was very comfortable the room was very clean and updated. Lights dimmed would perfect for couples as well as a solo traveling, I had the bed king single room. Quiet and relaxing walking distance to a bar, restaurant had really good food. Staff was very friendly I like that it was easy to enter they send you code to your room so if you are late at checking in was easy.

Last minute stay in Cashiers. Cute place. Spotless, great decor. Thoughtful touches. Amazing value! So glad to have found this little gem! Not a huge fan of the pillows, but I’m super picky about those, guessing most folks would be very happy.

We stayed in a lodge suite with another couple, our stay was perfect. Everything is updated and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The location was perfect for a couple of day hiking trips. It’s a very peaceful spot with rock waterfalls and ponds trickling outside the room. The fire pit was wonderful in the evening. We would highly recommend staying here. Make sure to check out Whiteside brewery next door, Bucks coffee and Slab pizza. All within walking distance. We will be back 😀

It was amazing . the room was neat and everything needed was there. the only thing I think would have been better was, if only the bathroom was upstairs with the bedroom instead of downstairs!! next time when I book here, I will go with bathroom in the same floor with the bedroom.our 7year old had to go downstairs to use bathroom in the middle of the night. otherwise the stay was amazing and at the right spot to see all the waterfalls.

The Wells is a wonderful place to stay when in the Cashiers/Highlands area. We’ve stayed there several times over the years and don’t bother looking for other places to stay when vacationing there. The staff is super friendly. It is very comfortable and relaxing.
