Avevo una bella permanenza all'hotel a Mount Pleasant, Charleston. Le strutture erano eccellenti, e mi sono particolarmente divertito con la palestra e la piscina. Ottimo ubicazione, personale amichevole (Evonne al di fuori del desk era delizioso), camera era molto pulita e letti molto comodi. Sicuramente consiglierà e restare lì ancora! La doccia in bagno era anche grande!

La posizione era perfetta! Veniamo a barca venerdì sera e il docmaster era così utile e accogliente. La stanza era bella e ci piaceva le opzioni di attività. La spiaggia e le piscine sembrano così divertenti! Abbiamo passato tutto il tempo sull'acqua e abbiamo esplorato Charleston in barca questa gita, ma non possiamo aspettare di riportare due ragazzi indietro la prossima volta!

The room was clean as expected. The fact that they no longer clean and replace the towels daily was great to us. But for the price we paid we had the worst breakfast. I realize there is no kitchen in this facility and all they are capable of serving is pre made food that is reheated. However they have control over the quality of products. The worst eggs, not enough fruit for all the guests, the sausage and potatoes were also just warm. We have been staying at this hotel for twenty years since the family circle tennis which now is Credit one tennis was moved here. This will absolutely be our last stay.

We arrived early (hours before check-in) at our hotel. Front desk employee Khadijah was our friendly contact who helped to check us in and place our luggage behind the desk while we awaited our room. She suggested local areas we can review via walking which included the pier. When we returned from our walking excursion, Khadijah asked if we were ok with a top floor and completed our room checking-in. We asked for additional bath towels and she was able to provide them immediately. It was less than ideal to walk in the hallway towards our room to see dirty linens in the hallway for multiple rooms. We had 2 queen beds with extra space which was helpful for our suitcases. Everything in our room was clean and refreshed. When walking throughout the hotel, the staff was always friendly and accommodating.

L'hotel era pulito, il colazione non era buono.Tutto il resto era come previsto.

Il nostro soggiorno era molto comodo. I letti erano fantastici, il colazione era fresco e tutti ci piaceva il nostro soggiorno.
