Hotel in zona Mt Lawley Station, Mount Lawley

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana mentre mio figlio visitava l'università. Mio marito aveva soggiornato per sei settimane quando arrivava per la prima volta a WA, così aveva qualche idea. Tuttavia, abbiamo finito di pagare il doppio di quello che ha fatto. La stanza era davvero stanca, e aveva una porta accanto alla stanza dei nostri vicini (chiusa, ma era davvero malata e tosse tutto il tempo che eravamo li'). Di conseguenza, è stato davvero difficile dormire, e il giorno prima di partire, sono sceso con gli stessi sintomi che lei fece. Non necessariamente gli hotel sono colpevoli, ma frustrante, come sono finito malato per due settimane dopo aver lasciato con gli stessi sintomi dei vicini. Upside: vicino alla città (in prossimità di passeggiata), facile prenotazione, facile check in. A lot of Uber Eats options available in close proximity. Lavanderia deve essere fatto nel bagno. Le camere sono pulite solo una volta durante i soggiorni di otto giorni. Le camere che si trovano ad altri non hanno alcuna privacy, perché si può sentire letteralmente tutto.Il parcheggio può essere difficile (siamo stati lì il fine settimana che Freo’s giocavano e non potevano parcheggiare nel parcheggio dell’hotel). Aveva una microonde, ma nessun cuoco, quindi ci comprava un panino per colazione e pranzo.

Both me and my son enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Although its more like a 'clubbing' area, I feel it is still safe and I have a child with me. And its just two of us. Staffs are friendly and hotel is at a good location. Room is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We had good 4 night of sleep! View from our room is fantastic. Breakfast was good too. Will definitely return again!

Non credo che questo hotel sia nella parte migliore della città, ma è piuttosto centrale e facile da camminare per alcune delle attrazioni della CBD e circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. Ho fatto un check-in molto tardi la sera dopo un lungo volo dal Regno Unito. Ho prenotato una piccola stanza regina e era piccola. C'era solo una tavola a letto su un lato del letto, nessuna giacca, ma due ganci con pendenti. C'era un caldaio, un serbatoio e un frigo. Il sito web dell'hotel menzionava anche una lavatrice e un asciugacapelli per gli ospiti. Ciò che non mi hanno detto prima di arrivare è che ci sono lavori di costruzione in corso all'hotel, che iniziavano alle 8:00. Non è stato bello quando mi battevo con la differenza di tempo tra Regno Unito e Australia. Era piuttosto rumoroso. Il letto era molto comodo, perché c'era un topo di materassi con padella. Ci era anche un condotto d'aria nella stanza che poteva essere usato per riscaldare o raffreddare la stanza. Anche se c’era uno specchio sopra il bagno, non c’era uno specchio nella stanza con una luce decente per farsi riempire, eccetera, c’era uno specchio lungo, ma non molto ben illuminato, vicino alla porta. La camera da bagno era pulita, con due grandi asciugamani bianchi, con l’acqua dal doccia era calda e una pressione decente, e si era scaricata un po’ sotto la porta, ma non troppo per diventare un problema. Una delle questioni con la stanza era il controllo del rumore - ho sentito chiaramente i miei vicini alzare e abbassare l’orco, così si è certamente scappato il rumore intorno alle grandi finestre; mi sono svegliato anche durante la notte da uno dei vicini che russava forte. E svegliato poche volte ogni notte da persone che tornano tardi nelle loro stanze. Non c'è un ristorante per colazione all'hotel, ma ci sono molti caffè localmente. Ho scelto questo hotel perché era prezzi competitivi, ma non l'avrei scelto altrimenti

Prenotato l'ultimo minuto a causa della mia cancellazione del volo. Hanno una rigenerazione durante il mio soggiorno un po' scomoda. Colazione non inclusa, paga in più. Ho avuto la partenza quando ho fatto check-in, prendo molto tempo per risolvere, aspetta quasi un'ora. La posizione al cuore della CBD, passeggiata di notte per vedere la luce di Natale, e le strutture standard, nessun servizio di lavanderia al momento, per la rigenerazione, chiese al ricevitore e mi ha inviato al servizio di lavanderia vicino.

Lots of the reviews here, I believe, are reviewing Mercure on Hay (the newer, more upmarket hotel and possibly better of the two although I haven’t seen it), whereas lots of reviews in Mercure Perth on Hay are referring to Mercure on Irwin. I’ve compared the photos and the hotel details and official photos are definitely that way round. SO… this one, Mercure Perth (which is on Irwin St) is the bad one. It’s awful. It’s tired, badly fitted out, dingy and I hope never to stay here again. My room was down a corridor of *****ed (and stained) carpet that made me feel nauseous to look at. The room was ok, the bed comfortable, but more stained carpet, and lots of things didn’t work. Several light bulbs were broken, lots of curtain hooks missing, the room safe didn’t work, the bath had a rusty patch in it. The aircon was too cold for me and I followed the instructions to turn up the temperature but it didn’t warm up. Two phone calls and three hours later, someone attended my room, told me the air con wasn’t adjustable as it’s one temperature for the whole building so the instructions were incorrect. He turned it off (supposedly) and I then spent my stay with no aircon although the room was still cold and not stuffy and the control panel didn’t say ‘off’ so I think the whole thing was just BS and they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it or give me another room. Staff care factor of the attendant was zero, and of the front desk staff, close to zero. I got woken up in the early hours of the morning several times by skip bins being moved around in the laneway outside (very loud chains being dropped in the skip bins and noise reverberation). The next night the fridge started making such a loud noise in the middle of the night that I had to turn it off and use the spare towels to absorb the water as it defrosted. I’m just curious why Mercure keep this one running. Perhaps it’s set at a different price range but it’s not doing their brand any favours with two Mercure hotels so close together, especially with all the reviews mixed up.

I really don’t like writing bad reviews but this place just doesn’t deserve a great rating. The location is good and the rooms a big. I did get an upgrade to a suite, but everything is very dated. On my window, they had masking tape which I suspect was to avoid wind whistling through. That’s not a really great look though. Check in was a disaster. Admittedly it was Friday evening and there was a lot of people arriving for the weekend, but clearly they weren’t planning their staff needs properly and it was ridiculous. Not only that, but their EFTPOS machine was not working so you had to fill-in a paper sheet. I get technology goes down, but honestly that was just bad. To be fair I was not feeling well when I arrived, so the whole thing just seemed a lot worse than it probably was and the staff were actually quite nice, despite the fact that they were clueless. I had sent a message to the hotel prior to arriving with a couple of specific requests, which they did the absolute opposite of which just made me laugh. They weren’t a big deal, but it’s the little things that count, especially when you’re a diamond member of their loyalty program. I think the place just needs a freshen up and the staff need to get plugged in. I wasn’t actually going to even write a review, but what pushed me over the edge was when I turned on the shower and watched a whole pile of hair swirling around in the bottom of the shower stall.

Probabilmente il miglior hotel in una grande città australiana. Camere incredibili e vista, la miglior piscina all'aperto. Uno spazio di piscina con ristoranti e negozi di classe mondiale proprio fuori dalla CBD

Stayed here for 3 nights, arriving after long flight from UK. No problem checking in, room in quiet location as requested. Some construction work going on at back of hotel, but nothing that disturbed me in the evening. Room was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Corridor and room carpets could do with replacing, but I guess that is a big expense after the last few years. Breakfast was more than adequate, with plenty of choice. The hot buffet was all fresh and frequently replenished. The young man in the restaurant (sorry I don't know your name), was very helpful and polite. Reception were helpful in booking a very early morning airport taxi for me, and on the morning of departure made certain that I safely got into my taxi. As a solo female traveller, it's the little details like that that mean so much. I would definitely return if i was visiting Perth again

La settimana scorsa, mia moglie e io avevo un soggiorno meraviglioso, da parte di un servizio amichevole e impeccabile. Al check-in il mio livello ambasciatore era ben riconosciuto. La nostra stanza era pulita, comoda, molto tranquilla, moderna e ben progettata. La colazione del ristorante di piano terra dell'hotel, Ivy & Jack, è stata un'ottima colazione, un servizio eccellente. La mia moglie, tuttavia, pensava che il cibo per colazione asiatico sarebbe stato buono, pensava che le noodle e le verdure cucinate asiatiche fossero vegetariane piuttosto che contenenti carne.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui prima. E'molto prezioso per i soldi. La stanza era pulita, moderna bagno e mobili. Molto di luce, molto meglio di quella principale luce in mezzo alla stanza. Il ristorante dell'hotel è stato di buon valore e il personale è stato così amichevole ed efficiente. L'hotel è situato vicino a una stazione ferroviaria per la comodità. Inoltre, le auto sono parcheggiate in un parco auto sicuro. Sicuramente ritornj.
