Forse uno dei peggiori servizi al cliente che ho mai avuto. Prenota il pacchetto sirromet semplicemente attraverso il loro sito web che si aspetta di ottenere un gusto del vino incluso (la ragione per cui abbiamo prenotato), per il receptionista adolescente di dirci che abbiamo prenotato un solo soggiorno notturno che non include il gusto del vino. Il loro sito web è molto fuorviante e anche quando si fa clic sul libro ora per il pacchetto, lo cambiano all'ultimo minuto e in piccola scrittura che dice solo colazione incluso e niente su un gusto di vino. Quando ha chiesto al destinatario di farlo, ha cliccato attraverso il pacchetto esatto che hanno anche annunciato su Instagram e ha detto no devo aver cliccato il pulsante sbagliato. Nessuna risposta da parte del loro team dopo aver e-mailato e chiesto di e-mail. Non hanno ancora ricevuto il denaro “bond” (150 dollari per te). Non consigliere. Per scongiurare, è stato il Domenica di Pasqua che mi aspetto un aumento, ma non dove si dicesse un aumento o annunciasse il prezzo più alto, ma vi direbbe $22 e vi prelevare $25 sulla carta. Così brutto! Non tornerà!

Ho prenotato un alloggio per 3 notti, ma grazie per aver bisogno di controllare un giorno prima (ancora aspettando il mio rimborso per la terza notte e sperando che sia semplicemente un caso di ritardi bancari, fidandosi di passare), questo motel è in una zona molto dodgy. Il giardino dietro la stanza non è privato e può essere accessibile a chiunque, come è successo la prima notte. Ho sentito la gente camminare attraverso la porta del vetro (è un sepolcro, così rumorevole), non mi sentivo al sicuro. Mi sveglio presto la mattina dopo e li ho presi a cercare di entrare nella mia auto, e come una sola donna che viaggia, questo era estremamente disturbante. Il loro sito web afferma esplicitamente che il wifi è un impianto incluso, ma al check-in, il libretto nella stanza dice: ”A causa della scarsa connessione a Internet, non pubblichiamo che abbiamo WiFi gratuita. Il personale non tollererà abusi”. Ho letteralmente prenotato questo motel perché ha detto che il wifi era disponibile e ho un'impresa da gestire. Molto deludente. Check-in è indicato per le 2:00, ma ho ricevuto un messaggio di testo al 1.30pm che si stavano chiudendo per il giorno, quindi ho dovuto prendere le mie chiavi da un Quando ho dovuto chiamare e parlare alla ricezione, erano chiusi e ho avuto la linea di pomeriggio, non sapevano davvero cosa stavano facendo e mi hanno detto che il personale mattinale avrebbe ordinato (che era per controllare un giorno prima). Come qualcuno che lavorava in hotel per due anni sul desk front, un check-out precoce è qualcosa che QUANDO RIsponde al telefono, dopo le ore o meno, deve sapere. Infine, la stanza è profumata di sigarette e ci sono buchi letterali nelle foglie. Dimensioni della penna in diametro. Molto poveri restano in generale. Non tornerei indietro.

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno al Redland Bay Motel solo per una notte, grazie alla ricezione di Maxine, che era amichevole, accogliente e gentile, mi ha accolto con un check-in precoce. La stanza soddisfava tutte le mie esigenze e, sebbene la vanità della camera doveva essere migliorata, tutto il resto era ben progettato e confortevole. Il doccia era sorprendente, l'aria condizionata era invalutabile (35 gradi nei giorni della mia visita a Brisbane), il letto era molto confortevole e il motel si trova in una zona tranquilla, a piedi di distanza dai negozi e dai terminali di traghetto. Sono stato molto felice di tutta la mia esperienza di soggiornare al Redland Bay Motel e mi consiglierei molto a chiunque.

Buona posizione vicino al centro commerciale e alla stazione di autobus.

Centrale a tutto. Negozi, McDonalds, Ristoranti, più comodità. Le camere erano pulite, servite quotidianamente, grande colazione pacchetto ogni giorno. Il parcheggio sotto copertina era fantastico come pioveva tutto il tempo che mi fermo. Il parcheggio è proprio fuori dall'unità, le grandi aree di auto sono state fornite. La ricezione amichevole, i custodi erano caldi e alloggiati anche. Le docce erano bellissime. Ottimo dopo un lungo giorno di uscita. Blocca i cortinali per dormire in se necessario. Una zona di fumo designata è stato un bel toccamento anche. I pasti possono essere consegnati alla vostra stanza facilmente, una bella varietà di cibo disponibile anche. Sono rimasto sul lato della ricezione che ha reso difficile notare il rumore del traffico. Il mio soggiorno è stato una settimana. Solo un piccolo hiccup con l'allarme d'incendio all'inizio di una mattina. Solo un piccolo abbattimento non c'è nessuna microonde.

Mentre ero all'ospedale Logan dopo un attacco cardiaco e un attacco, mi chiedevo un bicchiere quando ero fuori dall'Australia per un anno e non aveva una buona bicchiere per un po'.Servono 200 g di bicchiere di anguria nera per solo 15 dollari. Il bicchiere era salito e dolce, e cucinava il mezzo perfetto raro come mi piaceva.I miei figli avevano chiamato il pollo schnitzel, il Meadowbrook, e veniva con una salsa di crema di aglio, che era molto bello anche

Stayed here for 2 nites this week . The accommodation here is probably the best in the Redlands , the reception staff on arrival were very professional but unfortunately I cannot say the same for the bar staff or the restaurant staff and the food and cooks Some of the bar staff I encountered here should just go and work in a public bar in some average hotel , they simply don't listen to your order serving the wrong beer that I did not order , I guess they dont assume that you're staying in their lovely accommodation and just treat you like any old Joe blow The beer prices are probably the highest in the Redlands ( apart from happy hour ) compared to all the other pubs in the area ( I'm a local resident) The restaurant staff try to do their best but they simply are not professional in their jobs The cook or cooks that prepared my breakfast and dinners are sub standard in my view My eye fillet steak was cooked to order nicely ( med rare ) and very tender but it was almost cold . The oysters Kirkpatrick were just ok , and very small oysters On my second nite I ordered an eye fillet steak again and although it wasnt cooked to perfection (medium rare ) at least this time it was hot Ordered with the steak a mushroom sauce and an additional pepper sauce , what I got was 2 mushroom sauces Told wait staff and they quickly corrected my incorrect sauce with a pepper sauce but it was stone cold . Upon payment at least the wait staff asked how I enjoyed my meal , so I said I will tell you the truth since you asked , I was offered a complimentary cappuccino however it was the weakest coffee I have had in a long time and not very hot , I must add this waitress was very nice and did seem to care what I had to say, though perhaps seamed to me a little offended but I did not nor would I criticise anyone personally Breakfast , I was hesitant to have breakfast as the cook was continuously sneezing,(with mask on ) not a good look in this era of covid and from my room window I could see a kitchen staff smoking out the back of the kitchen, anyway I risked not contracting anything and ordered the smashed avocado on char grilled sour dough with roasted tomatoes and duchka What I got was a tasteless smashed avocado on lightly toasted something ( certainly not char grilled as per menu )and unroasted / ungrilled cherry tomatoes and could not taste any duhka ,I also ordered an XTRA hot cappuccino and it was luke warm when the waitress delivered it I let her know and she replaced it The breakfast menu is very well priced in comparison to other places around here but I will not be returning again because it would seem the cook obviously has little interest in even preparing food as per their own menu , there is much better places to eat breakfast around here . Beautiful accommodation rooms and superb beds and pillows and nice and quiet with curtains that block all the morning light , highly recommend the accommodation but unfortunately cannot say same for food or food
