Hotel in zona Oakland University Anton/Frankel Center, Mount Clemens

If you are looking for a location with the customer in mind, this isn't the place. My husband had business in Michigan and the company booked us at this site. I tagged along for some time away. The facility is clean, but the service is lacking. We needed a late checkout on the final day we were there as his meeting didn't end until the same time as check out. I wanted to be able to stay in the room and load the truck when he got back...we only needed an extra hour. I started calling the hotel two days before we'd arrive to see about the late check out. I was told I had to call back the next day as there was no one there to authorize it that day. So I called the next day only to be told they couldn't do late check-outs until the morning of departure. What? That is crazy. We needed to know before then as the check-out time determined when we'd have to load the vehicle and if I'd have a place to wait for him. We checked every day to see about the check-out time only to be told they couldn't tell us anything. The day before we were to leave, the desk clerk told us we should be able to arrange a late check-out that evening. When we came back from dinner, we asked about the check-out again. This time, the desk clerk, who was lounging in the chairs in the lobby, told us we couldn't do a late check-out until the next day and she didn't know why the earlier clerk would have told us we could do it the evening before. So I called the front desk at 12:15 a.m. to request the late check-out and was politely told it would be no problem and it was arranged immediately. Give me a break. I can't believe they couldn't do a late check-out earlier in the week. The company hosting the meetings my husband went to told him they'd had the same issue with the hotel in the past when they requested late check-outs for spouses attending with their spouse. In addition, in-room amenities are missing. No coffee maker is available nor is there one you can get from the front desk. They keep carafes of coffee and ”hot” water in the lobby. The water was lukewarm at best and the coffee was the worst I've ever had. It looked and tasted as if it had been sitting in the carafe since the day before. No closet to hang clothes in the room nor drawers to put anything in. They have storage under the bed and some pegs on the wall to hang things as well as hangars above the refrigerator that are too short to put much on. Our bathroom door wouldn't stay open so we had to block it open with the Kleenex holder. The small working area is next to the register for the heating/cooling so either warm or cold air blows on you while you are working. We saw very few guests staying at this location. Maybe if they kept their customers in mind, they would have more business. I hope my husband's company picks a different location for future stays.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia due volte ora. L'estate scorsa è stata la nostra prima esperienza; abbiamo dovuto tornare all'MI all'inizio di maggio, quindi abbiamo scelto di nuovo questa. Il personale dell'hotel era molto professionale e accogliente per entrambe le visite. Le camere erano eccezionalmente pulite e avevano le strutture necessarie per un soggiorno più lungo. Il nostro colazione ogni mattina aveva una bella selezione di frutta fresca, yogurt, cereali, nonché oggetti caldi che cambiavano ogni giorno. I bambini della nostra famiglia godono in particolare delle vafle fresche che vi sono disponibili per farvi da soli. Uno dei dipendenti che era lì in ultima visita era ancora lì per la nostra gioia. Si chiama Kathy Lippman, è così attenta a dettagli nella zona del colazione, mentre ancora fa il tempo di fare il pranzo, quasi si sente come se tu potessi essere in un bel letto e colazione con lei come host. Apprezziamo che il personale rende il vostro soggiorno piacevole.

Siamo rimasti qui per un viaggio in Detroit per prendere una macchina, un ragazzo ha raccomandato questa posizione, perché era nuova e vicino alla sua casa e negozio in un'area sicura. La stanza era eccellente! Grande letto, comodo e molto pulito. La bagno era una delusione. Lo capisco, è un hotel! Ma almeno i contrattisti che sanno come coprire la stanza e finire il lavoro di plastica correttamente. Anche questo è 2020, perché hanno usato un piccolo bagno invece di semplicemente fare una passeggiata in doccia è al di là di noi. Un altro grippo è stato il bar di doccia che si è ripetutamente abbassato, le tubature con cadere e sembrava un lavoro di hacking massiccio.

La stanza è grande, molto pulita, tutte le strutture, il servizio della ricetta è buono.

First time staying. Great restaurant and pool. Overall excellent property we will stay at again.

Il cibo era grande. Amo il caffè!!! E' la nostra casa lontano da casa mentre visita la famiglia. I miei nonni amavano la piscina!! Questo è stato il nostro secondo soggiorno in 2 mesi. Molto pulito ... letti sono comodi. Ci ritroveremo di nuovo e di nuovo

Hotel e personale eccellente! Hotel meraviglioso, pulito, amichevole e conveniente. Mio marito e io siamo in pensione e abbiamo viaggiato per 45 anni e possiamo dire sinceramente che questo è il HOTEL BEST che abbiamo mai soggiornato a!!! Abbiamo visitato la nostra famiglia nella zona della metropolitana Detroit e si trovava convenientemente a tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. La stanza era spaziosa e il letto molto comodo. Non possiamo nemmeno iniziare a dirvi quanto era meraviglioso e alloggiare il personale. Lei ha fatto una grande raccomandazione per le cose che avevamo bisogno in zona. E' stato difficile lasciare dopo 4 giorni perché ci sentivamo come se lasciassimo la famiglia in questo meraviglioso hotel. Siamo sicuramente tornati di nuovo e per tutte queste ragioni daremo questo hotel .......6 STARS!
