Hotel Hilltone ★★★★

"I booked my stay at this hotel primarily because of their explicit assurance that a temperature-controlled swimming pool was available and operational. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a complete misrepresentation. Upon arrival, I was informed that the swimming pool was temporarily shut down for maintenance. Had the management been honest beforehand, I would have chosen another property. Misleading guests just to secure a booking is completely unacceptable for a brand of this stature. To make matters worse, the hygiene and housekeeping standards in the room were abysmal: Unsanitary Housekeeping: Fresh bath towels were placed directly on top of the toilet commode lid—a shocking breach of basic hygiene. Pest Issues: The room had mosquitoes, making the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. This stay fell far short of basic expectations, let alone premium hospitality standards. I strongly advise potential guests to verify all advertised amenities directly and inspect room hygiene thoroughly before checking in. A very disappointing experience."

Hotel Mamta Palace, 500 Meters from Nakki Lake ★★

"Bedsheets and pillow cover, blankets cleanliness can be improved. There were minor stains. Saw 2 bedbugs at 403. Some rooms are small, some old, some big and some are new. Make sure to choose a good one. The location is good, with some hill views. Some parking is there outside. A market nearby. Nakki lake is not very far away. Common place like 1st floor zula is very relaxing. Food is good and affordable. Service and staff are good."
