Turned up having made a booking in the wrong year - staff didn't bat an eyelid and gave us a pitch right on the lakefront - absolutely stunning views. Kitchen well equipped, toilets clean and showers great. Wonderful place to stay - only thing to watch is traffic noise as literally on the main road - and do not feed the swans!!

The park is perfect, the other campers were amazing and the whole team that worked through the Christmas period were great.

great accommodation right on the water front , well worth the rate asked , Glamping domes are right on the lake front and are fitted with everything you need , kitchen is shared camp on so although domes have tea coffee facilities etc , take your own plates etc

Beautiful place to stay. When the lake is calm it’s great for kayaking or paddle boarding. Facilities are extremely accessible and clean although could be more available for the size of the park.

Friendly staff nice location, good service and facilities on the beautiful lake Taupo. Too bad it is on route 1. It can become noisy at night

A really clean and well resourced cabin stay for a family of 4. Beds comfy as. A pedestal fan for the cabin would have been a welcome addition.

Good lakeside pitch but too close to main highway. Not all pitches have WiFi reception, we had to move pitches when we discoverer this. Very clean and nice showers. Nice to swim in lake.

Enjoyed our mini break and intend to go back. Unit was clean and modern. Staff friendly. Easily accessible and good parking beside unit.

Great camping site for families and friends Awsome site to launch boats and skis from the jetty and kids can play in the lake

The park is large and very beautiful, located in a stunning beachfront area. The facilities at the accommodation are excellent, the rooms are clean, and well-equipped, with electric blankets. The staff are lovely and provide enthusiastic and helpful recommendations.

It was nice to be our of the busy Taupo area. Beautiful lake side location, great for star gazing on a clear night. Range of accommodation options to suit different budgets.

Great value, average wifi but it was free and our pitch was far away from the main buildings right on the edge of lake taupo. Great access to the lake, literally 5 metres from our campervan doors. Made for the perfect spot to take a dip in the cold lake waters. Facilities were clean, showers Great and bathrooms kept warm over night. A perfect quiet and peaceful spot.
