Wonderful clean and cozy hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent value for the money. This hotel is ideally suited for easily getting to Glasgow, Edinburgh Aberdeen and Noth of Scotland tours. An abundance of information brochures on hand for those who wish to take advantage of the historical sites around and afar in the country. The afternoon tea in delicious and a wonder way to spend an hour or so relaxing in the middle of the day.

I recently stayed at the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge by Marston's Inns, and found it to be a clean and comfortable choice for accommodation. The rooms were well-maintained, providing a good night's rest in a peaceful setting. One of the perks I noticed was a discount offered in the restaurant for hotel residents, though it's important to mention that this is only available if you book directly through the hotel, which was a bit disappointing. During my dining experiences at the hotel restaurant, I felt that the staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. While the service was efficient, a warmer interaction would have greatly enhanced the overall experience. Nonetheless, the food quality was satisfactory. Overall, the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge offers a decent stay, especially if you're looking for a straightforward, no-frills accommodation with the convenience of an on-site restaurant.
