motel a Elmsford

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel or motel. The place is a real dump. The toilet makes noise, the heating unit sounds like a bomb blast. There is no closet or drawers to hang your clothes. The few hangers they have are broken. The boiler goes off in the middle of the night, to wake you up, if you can even sleep. This place needs a complete renovation, except for the bathroom. The people that are there are very unsavory and I did not feel safe. The first room, we had, the TV was broken and the phone didn't work. I called for a wakeup call that never came. I would have checked out, but it was raining heavily, and we didn't have anywhere else to go. Wyndham, should be ashamed to put their name on this place. I would NEVER stay here again, nor should anyone else. The three nights spent here was a nightmare from beginning to end.
