Az Hotel le Zephyr Mostaganem

Excellent hotel... Everthing was good..well located, clean, all commodities are in the room ( bathroom, WiFi, minibar, air conditionner, ..). My room was in front of the sea, so very nice view especially with sunset ! Fabulous ❤️❤️ The swimming pools were very very clean with music and lot of activities! The food was excellent ( very well balanced and diversified buffet). Full of activities inside the hôtel (spectacle with famous artists, games for children..etc). The service is very quick ! The staff is always smiley... I recommend very well this hôtel....❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It was a wonderful stay, especially the staff and reception, the cleanliness and the splendor and beauty of the hotel. I only wished that the spa was included in the cost of the stay. yesterday It was a wonderful “ Mouloud nabawi charif “ in your amazing hotel ❤️❤️❤️

No room service , One of the frontdesk guys was too arrogant to make fun of a mistake we did , we asked for slippers we waited over 2 hours to get them , the most awful experience I had

We stayed 3 nights, it was a bit expensive, the room was wonderful, sunny with a view on the sea and the pool. The hotel is very clean and the staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was amazing, caters to all tastes and age groups. The SPA was interesting, relaxing but expensive, 10.000da/1 hour for 2. It has multiple pools, ping pong table, basketball/handball court. The city is nice and the people are very friendly. Overall i highly recommend .

Nous somme déjà venu en 2018 quand l'hôtel a ouvert la première fois. Nous somme revenue visiter Mostaganem est nous avons choisi de revenir à l'hôtel AZ Notre arrivée délais d'attente très lent, après plusieurs minute nous avons pue avoir une chambre surclassé une attention particulière que nous avons apprécier. Une chambre confortable avec des produit d'hygiène le premier jours uniquement. Une salle de sport, le SPA nous avons annulé manque d'effectif personne pour nous faire le massage après le jacuzzi et le sauna, nous avons l'habitude prendre des soins complet. Un bon petit-déjeuner bien complet c'est un buffet. Le dînait c'est aussi un buffet un personne disponible, réactive super sympa, juste un soir un monsieur de la réception qui donne les tickets et nous fait signer pour le paiement c'est montre très désagréable avec nous le 21/04/2024 je me suis plaint à la réception, il nous fait attendre et nous dit vous avez pas payer vos diner alors que nous avons toujours payer à chaque extra à la rection. juste les transports pas simple à trouver parfois il est préférable de marcher pour trouver un taxi. Je remercie l'ensemble du personnel pour sa disponibilité son accueil et d'avoir rendu notre séjours satisfaisant malgré des désagréments.

Hôtel à la hauteur de notre aspiration. Toute la famille en garde un beau souvenir. Accueil parfait, literie confortable, chambres propres et petit déjeuner copieux. Juste un petit bémol quant au stationnement de la voiture, les places du parking sont vite prises, donc faut rentrer tôt pour en bénéficier. A revisiter
