Omar was the first person at Chanya Lodge that greeted us when we arrived and he set the tone for an amazing stay. He was a wealth of information and really made us feel special. A+ and Gold Star for customer service! Truly, the AI summary is spot on with how friendly and attentive the staff here are. Our group consisted of two women and we felt very safe in the gated compound. There is a restaurant on site with daily buffets. I did enjoy the food offerings and was able to meet with Chef Balsam in person to thank him for the delicious food. He’s only been here for about 2 months, and from reading previous reviews, he’s elevating the quality of dishes. All in all, a perfect stay.
