On the road, booked a quick stay, needed good value. Clean place, very comfy beds! Breakfast had a nice variety, fruits, bagels, eggs ..etc (Waffle maker wasn’t the best, either the batter needed to be mixed better or the waffle maker wasn’t working properly..) Staff seemed nice and welcoming. Would recommend this location and would stay again if in the area.

0… I give this place a ZERO. I nor anyone I know or that I will ever meet in the future will ever stay at ANY Hilton owned hotel. If you want to be treated like dirt, kept up all night by drunks and meth heads slamming doors, running and jumping up and down the halls then this is your place! A COMPLETE JOKE FOR “MANAGEMENT”… I have shoes older than some of the staff members and clearly more experience with customer service. NEVER TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE TRASH. You only get what you give… I hope they all learn (except Sebastian, super helpful and friendly) how to treat people with a little more respect and kindness that people deserve. Just the female staff members, go figure that’s about 99% of them. I don’t care if you booked the whole place out for a wedding. SOME PEOPLE NEED SLEEP BECAUSE THEY HAVE TO DRIVE 1000 miles!!!

My wife & I stayed at the Minooka HI three years ago and found it a fantastic place from top to bottom. I had to visit my niece in Plainfield this week and, of course, I made a reservation for a repeat stay. I expected it would look just a little tired, but found it more pleasing & spectacular than before. My thanks to the manager & entire staff for a wonderful stay! Any traveler will not find a better stay.

We stayed in a handicap room - we needed a walk-in shower. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was friendly and professional. I’m rating this a 4 out of 5 because of the shower setup. The shower was spacious - loved the dual shower heads - good shower seat setup and grab bars. However, most of the water drained on the floor, not necessarily to the drain. The floor became very wet and slippery - shower floor mat was ineffective - got soaked.

This is a very nice hotel. I’ve always liked this Hilton brand. I chose this particular one because I was traveling with my dog to a trial, and they are pet-friendly. My only issue is with their $75 non-refundable pet deposit for one night (so, it’s not a deposit; it’s a fee). Don’t get me wrong - I fully expected a pet fee, but somewhere around the $25 mark. Traveling on a budget that weekend, I selected Hampton Inn, over less expensive (unfamiliar) hotels, which had waived their pet fees in partnership with the trial host. So the $75 was an even bigger blow. In checking their website, the fee is buried in the Policies section, so my bad for not looking harder. I think there should be a way when booking online to indicate you have a pet, so you see exactly how much you’ll be paying. Where you click number of adults and children, there should be an option for pets. Then, the appropriate total appears. Bottom line, if I’m in the area again, I’d stay there again if I’m traveling without my dog, but somewhere else if my dog is with me.

From the moment we arrived the service was great, and the hotel was clean, modern and very comfortable. The location was in a good spot with restaurants nearby, close to the interstate but still quiet.

Have family who lives in minooka, usually stay at Hilton Garden Inn and thanks to Jazmine and Drew, I will stay here, amazing stay made up for a horrible one! They were amazing, pool was awesome! And had a great time!

I'm shocked that there aren't more reviews addressing this. We checked in for 6 nights and were on the 2nd floor for the first two. Every step above us reverberated throughout our room and made it difficult to rest. We were moved to the 4th floor and that was fine. I heard two other guests complain about the same thing. Other than the noise, the hotel was fine but I'll stay somewhere else next time.

Nice and clean rooms! Accommodations pool, hot tub, and hot breakfast was wonderful and nice to have the option if wanted. Beautiful hotel over all and lovely stay! Breakfast isn’t over til 10 which was nice. You can sleep in and don’t have to rush to catch it.
