Premier Inn Whitehaven

Good location for heading to the lakes or mountains. This one you need to book your breakfast the night before due to high demand all you can eat for 10 pound not bad. Comfortable rooms warm and cozy annoying noises from other quests just above. The parking is available here just can be about cramped but managed to get a space. Beds super comfortable. The local town has allot of takeaways and pubs but you won't get taxis so expect a 50 minute walk or drive your car in.

We were very disappointed with this Premier Inn, having stayed in many others. The room was damp, dark and smelt musty. Bathroom fan would not go off, so noisy all the time. Restaurant really needs updating with dirty carpets, rocky chairs and unstable tables. The Staff are helpful and the food was good

Good location, clean and tidy room, comfy bed, good selection at breakfast and a good evening meal and drink.

There is no EV car station Wi-Fi internet was very slow and had to use my own internet even if it was slow.

Much the same as Premier inns go. We have noticed a gradual decline in the tidiness of these hotels probably due to staff levels. We stayed in a disabled user room with wet room which was ok but access if I had been in a wheel chair would have been a no go. Hotel built on a hill so beware before you book.

Good clean and comfortable room but on this visit we were disappointed with the breakfast as it wasn’t kept hot and for a cooked breakfast you would expect it to be.

Lovely stay in white haven premier inn. Carole & Denise were both lovely friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty towels and clean room. Would definitely stay again. 5 mins from town centre in the car. Came to visit for a birthday party close by. Vending machine in the corridor. Plenty parking.

We had pre-booked and paid for breakfast for the 2 mornings. The first morning was fine and as expected. The 2nd morning when we went in, was asked if we had booked a table and time. We said no, as hadn't been asked to. She then said there was no room for us and would have to wait at least half n hour. I wasn't pleased, and when I questioned all the empty tables she said they were reserved. I asked if we could sit and have breakfast in the bar area and she said no as it's used as a 'holding area'. Like cattle! She told us to go to the hotel reception to complain and request a refund as she said they should've told us we needed to book a time. At reception, we were told the lady in the Brewers Fayre was trying to 'cover her back'. However, we would be issued a refund for the breakfast. I am still waiting for it from over a week ago. I have also lodged a complaint to the customer service and as yet not had a response.

My partner and I woke up after the first night with several flea bites. Breakfast was terrible. Paid for unlimited but they took orders instead. The room was far too hot and smelled like a swimming pool. There was no extactor fan in the bathroom. Would not recommend.
