The Suite overall was very nice and the rooms were very clean, we had no issues with the location itself but out stay there was very poor due to the people saying in the room next to us. The couple in the room next to us were fighting with each other the entire night yelling, slamming doors, etc… in the middle of the night until the morning, there is no sound isolation and everything echoes throughout the corridor so it was extra loud. We did call to complain but non much changed when they were talked to, but that was just our experience at no fault to the hotel.

I got almost no sleep. If you are not on the 3rd floor you hear every step of the people on the floor above you and at 1 am and 6 in the morning when the room is quiet, it is loud! Also if you like firm beds; my bed was wayy to soft which killed my back. Room was nice and clean but if you cant sleep, not worth it.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, with 24 hour Front Desk staff. I loved the rooms had kitchen facilities, microwave and large refrigerator/freezer in the room. Nice large flatscreen TV. Suggestion for room improvement there were no closets or armoires to hang anything and only one chair in the room. WiFi was free but the connectivity was hit or miss, seems like it spent more time buffering then connected.

Our stay was outstanding, compared to other hotels, very clean, had everything you would need on a travel trip with family & as for staff / customer service experience, I recommend to stay cause when go back we plan on staying again.

Only bad thing was shower door didnt stay closed on its own. Otherwise, everything was great. Clean, quoet, plenty of parking.

My son has stayed here quite a bit over the past few months. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. However, this past 4 day stay, the hot water was out. Upon check in, he was informed of the situation and told that he could cancel the reservation. He goes to school in the area and did not know what to do, so he stayed, hoping that the issue would be resolved; it wasn't.
How does a hotel stay open for an extended amount of time with no hot water? No discount, refund or placement at another hotel was offered.

Tremendously horrible service an facility. Extremely dirty. Rude an unprofessional young lady staff member. No hot water an no prior notice. Would not recommend to anybody.
