The Mermaid Manor is nice and cozy and will be your favorite place to stay over and over again. Located close to the beautiful beaches on the Crystal Coast and all of the area attractions. The public beach ramp is just across the street so bring your boat or book a water taxi to explore the islands! Favorite restaurants, night life and shopping is all within close proximity. The Mermaid Manor has everything you need for a wonderful vacation!Please note Hwy 70/ Arendell Street is located directly behind this cottage so when you are in the back yard, you will hear cars going by. There is a fence diividing home from road. There is also a hospital nearby, so you may see a helicopter picking up a patient occassionally. This immaculate 2 bedroom, 1 & ½ bath cottage, including an enclosed double car garage, is located within minutes of downtown Morehead City’s waterfront and all the fun activities and restaurants it has to offer. The cottage can house 4 people comfortably, and I just recently replaced the couch with a sleeper sofa that can accommodate 2 additional guests. It is in a transitional neighborhood and within walking distance of the Calico Creek Boardwalk/Bird Sanctuary and Morehead City Waterfront where the Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament and NC Seafood Festival are held each year. Many other water accesses are close by, including the Intracoastal Waterway and sandy beaches overlooking it. Historic Beaufort is 9 minutes away by car. The cottage is equipped with a full kitchen, high speed internet, and 3 smart TVs. There is also a gas grill and all kinds of equipment to enjoy the beach or try your hand at catching fish or crabs. Bring your boat as there is parking space for 3 cars and a boat with trailer.Well behaved pets are welcome for an extra fee. If you would like to let them outside for a while unleashed, the enclosed garage has a doggie door that leads into a small fenced-in area outside. Olde Towne Yacht Club is a private, gated condominium community nestled on Radio Island, which is right in the middle of Morehead City and Beaufort NC. The property offers a saltwater pool, hot tub, gym facilities, full service marina and more. Our unit is on the 5th floor. This fully-furnished condo is just over 1,400 square feet with a covered balcony overlooking water views of Morgan Creek, Taylor's Creek and the Beaufort Inlet. Kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. All three bedrooms have queen size beds, accommodating 6 people very comfortably. This unit can be offered with or without linens. The kitchen comes with a wide array of items including everyday dishes and glassware, but also has items like a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, wine cooler, toaster, etc. Additionally, the condo has many standard features such as Wifi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, three television sets(two are smart TVs), cable TV, refrigerator with freezer/ice maker, etc. For the avid boater or outdoor person, the full service marina offers daily/weekly boat slip rental.
