******* and JH vacation condo mgt need to fix the communication between platforms. No key, no condo #, office was closed. After 2 calls a manager came by. Nice guy, but holy moly, The whole process took an hour to resolve.

They place we booked had substantial water damage, and there where multiple buckets in the condo to collect any additional water that entered the place. Overall very poor quality. The vacation rental office had the opportunity to inform us of the issue before our stay so we had an opportunity to book different lodging but they never did. In addition, when the issue was brought up the receptionist was going to have the manager call me, I have followed up a number of different times and have not received a call.

I received a call a few days before our stay and was told that our room had some damage so they would be upgrading us to a different, larger room. I then called and spoke with the office the day of arrival to get check in instructions, no further issues where mentioned at this time. When we arrived for check-in to our upgraded larger room we found severe water damage, along with multiple buckets to catch any further leaks. Overall cleanliness of the room was below expectations. I spoke with the main office and expressed understanding that they could not have prevented the water leak, but it was evident they knew about the leak and they had multiple opportunities to inform us before our arrival of the issue and we could have found alternative lodging. I was told that further management would reach out as they understood there was a lack of communication on their side. It has been multiple days and I still have never received a call from anyone, even after reaching out a hand full of times. Overall very disappointed, our trip was during this areas "off-season" and there where multiple lodging options and we do not believe we should have paid full price for this condo when the condition was far from ideal. Had this management company let us know of the damage we could have easily found another place to stay in much better condition for the same price.

The Condo was fully furnished, the kitchen had everything that you could imagine. It was very homey!

The condo is centrally located. It had all the necessary bath and kitchen supplies. The layout and space is great. When checking in you go to a nearby management office to pick up the key. We saw moose crossing the backyard in the morning and that was very exciting. My only recommendation is that the condo needs updating. The carpet smells funky. Overall it was fine for our 2 night stay in Jackson.

Disappointing. The condo was very dusty setting off allergies. Condo in very poor condition, aesthetically. Communication with management was nonexistent even after leaving messages on voicemail, we were just lucky to catch the person in office when we finally found the office.

Check-in time is from 4 to 5 pm after which the office will be closed. Since my flight arrives at 9 pm, I called the number on the reservation; it was an incorrect number for an unrelated person in Maryland. ********** could not reach the office either. They sent them an email and copied me but no one EVER responded. Day before, I searched the operating company and found their number in California. They gave the Jackson office number. Answering service told me that the office closes at 5 pm and that I can call them when I arrive late to get instructions. They did not tell me that the lockbox is at a different address or that they've never been to that place before. It took a lot of guesswork and trials to find the office and lockbox. It was too dark to see lockbox numbers. With wife's help and cellphone light, we figured it out. The complex was also too dark to locate the apar**ent. We had to turn on the high beam from a distance to read the signs. The ordeal took couple of hours of frustration. Check-in paperwork showed wrong departure date. The office was closed the next two days for weekend. Third day the office was open but no one was there. I called later and talked to the manager who apologized for check-out date error and said all is ok. Next day while away, I get a call asking me to move to another apar**ent soon or they will move our stuff. My wife had to drive back to pack and move. Never seen worse management. Apar**ent was dated but spacious & clean.

We could not get assistance with getting into this condo! Awful communication with condo management. After waiting for 80 minutes, w/key to get into condo, we left and went to a different place to stay.

Very Dated property but clean
