Molto buono, soddisfatto

Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast was well stocked, both hot and cold. Very good breakfast. Have stayed here before and will definitely again. The girl working the breakfast never stopped and should be recognized. ( Unfortunately, we didn't get her name but it was the morning of June 16. )

Le camere sono pulite, il personale di lavoro duro, la buona varietà per il colazione e il personale mantiene tutto a disposizione e pulito. Favoloso macchina caffè 24h gratuita nel lobby, fa anche cioccolato caldo! Dritto al centro di lusso e visitatori. Tim Hortons e McDonald's sono molto vicini.

Check in was efficient and protocols in place for COVID. Room was delightful, large and spacious with a kitchenette. Room very modern and clean as was the bathroom. Beds were made with excellent bed linens and mattresses very comfortable. A terrific room for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was the best Grab and Go type we have ever experienced. Wonderful breakfast wraps with scrambled egg type filling, individual cereals and milk, juices, fruit as well as coffee. Someone obviously put some thought and effort into a breakfast to go in lieu of full breakfast which could not be given as a result of the COVID protocols in place. It was not your cheap and tacky tasteless muffins, water and a piece of fruit so many others hand out. Thanks for the great effort!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui prima e siamo stati molto soddisfatti del soggiorno generale, delle strutture e del colazione. Questa volta, tuttavia, anche se la stanza era pulita e ben progettata (compresa una cucina), il segno sulla porta ha detto che non c'era servizio colazione a causa di Covid, anche quando la pagina Tripadvisor ha detto che avevano servito. E' ancora un buon soggiorno, ma il prezzo dovrebbe essere un po' inferiore per riflettere nessun colazione. Abbiamo pagato a circa 100$ più tasse per 3 di noi. Sarà più cauto quando pensiamo di rimanere qui di nuovo.

La stanza è molto grande, il letto è anche molto grande, una person a vive molto comoda, l'atteggiamento del servizio della ricetta è molto buono. Siamo arrivati a mezzanotte. Il piccolo fratello della ricetta è ancora un servizio di sorriso

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. If the experience we had had been at a $79/night side of the road motel, I would've been much more laissez-faire about it. However, we paid $180, plus parking, plus a $35 pet fee, and would've been more comfortable sleeping in our car. The 2 main issues were: 1. The heat doesn't work on some of the floors. My understanding is the first 3 are the main issue. And when I say it doesn't work, I mean it never reached more than 17 degrees, and cold air blew from the vents straight at the beds THE ENTIRE TIME. This is a problem they know about. They've had people in to fix it, but ”can't”. So, when it's -30 outside, this hotel is charging people $180 to stay in hotel rooms THEY KNOW have no heat! ***?! Do they have heaters, i asked? Some, but not enough for every room, so we were out of luck. In order to actually manage to sleep, we kept a pot of water boiling on the stove all night, went to Canadian Tire to buy our own heater, and each slept with 3 blankets and our clothes on. They offered us extra blankets, but only sent 1 for 4 people and 3 beds. We had to call down 4 times, each time we were on hold for over 10 minutes becausevthe place was a gong show. This leads me to the second issue.. 2. Management of the hotel. This place is BUSY. There was never not a line up at the front desk. Like i said earlier, every time I called down I was on hold for 10 minutes. I've never seen a hotel this size not have at least 2 people on the front desk, but there was only 1. A couple manager looking women walked around, back and forth into the office, etc, but never jumped onto the other desk to help out. It was ridiculous. When we first went up to our room and realized the heat didn't work, we called down to the woman who checked us in to complain. She acted surprised about the heat and gave us the only other room in the hotel because they were full. I waited in line for half an hour to get new keys, and when I got to the front desk a different clerk was now telling me my reservation had ended and there was no room for me. We spent another 10 minutes going around and around, while I tried to explain what had happened. This is when we were told that the heating is a problem they know about and can't fix (not the story we heard from the other clerk) but were assured that the new room would have heat. Nope, that was a lie as well. I could go on, but that's the gist. I'll never stay again.
