Hotel in zona Sukanen Ship Pioneer Village & Museum, Moose Jaw

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel per il nostro viaggio a Moose Jaw per una riunione di nuoto e siamo stati lieti dell'esperienza, ma per una questione con un vicinato rumoroso (team di basket adolescenti) la prima notte che siamo arrivati, tutto era perfetto. E quando abbiamo chiamato il personale dell'hotel circa le 10:45 a.m., il rumore si fermò, così si occuparono del meglio che potevano. Tutto è nuovo. La nostra stanza aveva due re e un divano pull, era molto spazioso. Il personale era amichevole, cortese e utile con ogni interazione. Il manager era in realtà sul sito tutto il fine settimana e quando non lavorava al divano, lavorava nella zona del colazione ...we era molto impressionato dal suo impegno a rendere il nostro soggiorno grande. Ha interagito con molte delle famiglie di nuoto mentre eravamo li'. Certamente torneremo per le due riunioni di nuoto all'anno che assistiamo a Moose Jaw. The hotel was in a good location and close to Tim Horton's and the trolley tours. The staff was very friendly. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was not stocked upon arrival and we had to request supplies. We were given one pan, a pot, two spoons, a cutting board and three can openers. We ended up purchasing forks, paper plates and a knife from the dollar store in order to use the kitchen to prepare some food during our stay.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. If the experience we had had been at a $79/night side of the road motel, I would've been much more laissez-faire about it. However, we paid $180, plus parking, plus a $35 pet fee, and would've been more comfortable sleeping in our car. The 2 main issues were: 1. The heat doesn't work on some of the floors. My understanding is the first 3 are the main issue. And when I say it doesn't work, I mean it never reached more than 17 degrees, and cold air blew from the vents straight at the beds THE ENTIRE TIME. This is a problem they know about. They've had people in to fix it, but ”can't”. So, when it's -30 outside, this hotel is charging people $180 to stay in hotel rooms THEY KNOW have no heat! ***?! Do they have heaters, i asked? Some, but not enough for every room, so we were out of luck. In order to actually manage to sleep, we kept a pot of water boiling on the stove all night, went to Canadian Tire to buy our own heater, and each slept with 3 blankets and our clothes on. They offered us extra blankets, but only sent 1 for 4 people and 3 beds. We had to call down 4 times, each time we were on hold for over 10 minutes becausevthe place was a gong show. This leads me to the second issue.. 2. Management of the hotel. This place is BUSY. There was never not a line up at the front desk. Like i said earlier, every time I called down I was on hold for 10 minutes. I've never seen a hotel this size not have at least 2 people on the front desk, but there was only 1. A couple manager looking women walked around, back and forth into the office, etc, but never jumped onto the other desk to help out. It was ridiculous. When we first went up to our room and realized the heat didn't work, we called down to the woman who checked us in to complain. She acted surprised about the heat and gave us the only other room in the hotel because they were full. I waited in line for half an hour to get new keys, and when I got to the front desk a different clerk was now telling me my reservation had ended and there was no room for me. We spent another 10 minutes going around and around, while I tried to explain what had happened. This is when we were told that the heating is a problem they know about and can't fix (not the story we heard from the other clerk) but were assured that the new room would have heat. Nope, that was a lie as well. I could go on, but that's the gist. I'll never stay again.

La stanza è molto grande, il letto è anche molto grande, una person a vive molto comoda, l'atteggiamento del servizio della ricetta è molto buono. Siamo arrivati a mezzanotte. Il piccolo fratello della ricetta è ancora un servizio di sorriso

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno esteso in questo hotel in aprile. La nostra camera con il letto re di dimensioni è molto confortevole con una grande doccia e nessuna carenza di acqua calda. Il wifi funzionava in ogni momento. Abbiamo amato assolutamente il colazione complimentare. La signora che lavorava lì era fantastica, c'erano alcune questioni irritanti che dovevamo affrontare, come il tubo caldo chiuso e la sala di allenamento per un paio di giorni. A parte questo, ci siamo divertiti e saremmo certamente tornati.
