Moon Township: hotel a 2 stelle

First, I’d like to say that I’ve stayed at several different Hampton Inns & therefore have a basis for comparison. The service was great—everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. Moving on to the room, let’s start with the closet which was narrow & had the kind of rod that went front to back instead of the traditional side to side so your clothes would be facing towards you—which would’ve been ok if the ironing board & iron didn’t already take up most of the space so you’d be lucky to be able to hang one shirt if you were petite & small, but if you’re husky like my husband, you can forget it. The mattress was no good. Let’s face it, no one is really ever happy with the bed unless it’s your own. The pillows were terrible, too soft and flat, had to ask for extras. The sofa was positioned up against the bed which covered about a third of it making it difficult for the person sleeping on that side of the bed to get off. The bathroom barely had any counter space for your essentials. Best things about the room were the fridge and microwave. As far as hot breakfast, it was just ok. They served the same thing everyday—I was there for 3 days: Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast Sausage, Waffles as well as the standard breads for toast, bagels, and danishes. One last good thing about this place is that the parking was included for free. Overall I would recommend this place.

凌晨過去但是是當晚的房間，前台姐姐人太好太好了，指了一個小房間，早飯隨便吃，説最晚最晚十點就可以進房休息了（非常肯定）。 結果七八點實在撐不住，花了25美元提前進房，前台換了一個人，態度很差，説最早下午兩點，特別拽特別無禮。 房間的門打開費勁，房間還不錯，基本設施都有，就是無空調！衹有一個熱風機，直直地對着床吹，讓人感受沙漠般的乾枯。（我是北方人，20度的地暖都沒這麼烤人的） 管理一般，休息了一下準備出發，門被工作人員打開了？小費一分都沒得。 逛完匹茲堡回來（很差，最好別去），問前台怎麼預約班車坐飛機，他説三十分鐘一班，早點兒下來就好。結果！第二天興沖沖地下樓，前台很震驚，問為什麼沒有登記，又把已經出發的車叫回來了，是一個黑人姐姐，特別特別好。 個人經歷僅供參考，環境還算乾淨，較為隔音，就是服務時好時壞，多搜尋，有method更economic和refundable。 祝大家旅途愉快。

Tutto era molto pulito, mobili, TV, in realtà tutto nella stanza sembrava nuovo. Mi piaceva che ci fosse un bel pavimento laminato nella stanza e nessun mattone. Il letto era molto comodo e la stanza era tranquilla. Il giovane al tavolo frontale era amichevole. Hanno una piccola palestra e purtroppo abbiamo dovuto andare troppo presto per colazione, ma entrambe le aree erano anche molto pulite. È solo poche miglia facile all'aeroporto. Sicuramente rimarrebbe. Oh, dovrei aggiungere, se è un problema per voi che non c'è ascensore e anche le camere di livello Ist hanno 5 passi per salire con bagagli.

Il soggiorno è presto, ma dimentica di darci il modulo per la colazione, possiamo valutare male il suo servizio. Il giorno dopo andare a colazione, buffet, stile americano, è buono. Noi ci prendiamo da soli, il cameriere è molto servizio. Pensiamo che i nazisti e il cameriere aiutano anche a chiudere il piatto?Dopo aver mangiato la fattura, dobbiamo anche compilare un piccolo conto, per capire, il cameriere pensa che noi facciamo il buffet da solo, il buon servizio ha un piccolo conto. Come spiegato, il cameriere ci ha aiutato a recuperare il buono per la colazione. Il terzo giorno di colazione, il cameriere è normale senza servizio 🤭

Sono un membro di Bonvoy di livello Gold, cerco di rimanere nelle proprietà Marriott quanto più possibile. Poiché ho avuto un volo precoce fuori PIT la mattina seguente, ho scelto questo hotel per rimanere. A causa di un danno che ho ricevuto prima di entrare, ho mandato un messaggio al dipartimento frontale per chiedere se potessero accogliermi per un posto più vicino alla sala lobby o per una persona con disabilità. Mi hanno dato la camera di disabili, la camera 155, che aveva una passeggiata nel doccia. La temperatura dell’acqua era buona, e la maggior parte della camera era comoda. I letti erano comodi, e tutto funzionava bene. Ecco dove è finita la buona parte dell'hotel. La ragione per cui i due punti sono stati accolti è stata la disegna frontale “supervisore” Dianne. Aveva un problema di atteggiamento HUGE, non mi ha mai riconosciuto come membro del Gold Bonvoy, e quando ho chiesto di avere il nome del posto di pizza che era vicino, sembrava voler affrettare la conversazione, con un atteggiamento tagliato. Prima di presentare una denuncia formale al servizio clienti Bonvoy, il mio fidanzato aveva ricevuto la carta d'affari del manager dell'hotel. Ho parlato con il vice manager Andreal per posta, e mi ha compensato per le questioni con Dianne, e ha detto che avrebbe preso cura delle questioni che ho avuto con Dianne.

Front desk staff were very polite and professional. The entire property is very clean. The lobby was an inviting place to sit with a two-sided gas fireplace. The guest room was large and the bedding and pillows were comfortable. Nice size walk-in shower. Close to the airport with a view of planes flying over, but it's still a quiet location. Some restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Really really nice hotel. We came for the Pirates/Orioles Saturday afternoon game. Very easy 20 min drive to the ballpark. Front desk was wonderful and very friendly. Able to accommodate my early check in request and answered my questions politely, genuinely and with a smile. Definitely will stay here again for my next Pirates game.
