Underwhelming experience, felt like a nice B&B actually. For the price, it didn’t feel like the accommodation was value for money. Our room(Room 1) was above the restaurant, which was a bit noisy & didn’t feel luxurious at all, the only entry up the stairs was via the restaurant & past the kitchen. The grounds themselves are gorgeous, can’t fault the location, just the value. The breakfast was really good as well. We’ve stayed at Spicers Potts Point as well & felt the same thing- not lux, just a nice B&B. You want to feel wowed by a Spicers!

A wonderful setting, so peaceful and calm. My wife and I opted to have a picnic when we arrived at lunchtime and the setting was sublime. The food was also superb, although there was more than we could eat. The evening meal was delicious and the service was excellent. The room we had was spacious and beautifully decorated. If/when we return to Australia we will definitely try to return. The type of stay that memories are made.

Such a lovely relaxing stay at spicers. It’s very quiet and feels very secluded in a little garden setting. We had two fantastic meals at the Long Apron and the staff were warm and welcoming. Only minor disappoin**ent was that there was no balcony to our room, so nowhere to sit for our morning coffee. Other than that everything was delightful.

I will not go into it, but, the food supplied was not nearly of Value. One course included ONE Prawn. How you could charge $480 a Couple for Chris**as Lunch is a dead set Rip Off. Would not have done this if known, of course, but expected so much better.

I stayed with my wife. The room was so lovely, comfortable and also very clean. The amenities are beautiful. We’re also happy with dinner at the long apron as well as breakfast.
The lady at the reception was very friendly and made us feel comfortable.
We enjoyed the beautiful lake lookout and garden as well.
Would like to return again!

Our stay at Spicers Clovelly was perfection! Thank you to the amazing staff - theirs friendly, professional manner was wonderful, the room was gorgeous and dinner at The along Apron was magnificent! Can’t wait to stay there again, but this time for two nights (at least!)
