The hotel building is fine but be warned, there is no elevator and no sprinkler systems. There was NO: Breakfast buffet, NO Hot Tub, NO Heated Swiming Pool, NO operating CABLE. There was one ice machine for both buildings! Things happen, I get it, but be sure that the information you advertise is accurate! You charge me for it, I expect it!.
In addition to this, we checked in after 5:00PM and the first room we were given had not been cleaned at all and the bed was stripped and the room smelled. The manager had another room in another building across the parking lot! Please, be sure that the information on TRIP.COM IS ACCURATE!

Camera spaziosa, molto calda anche se fuori neve e freddo, pulita, doccia ottima, wifi buono, eccellente la piscina interna riscaldata molto pulita. Colazione ottima, oltre al solito da motel anche uova salsiccia e patate. Personale gentilissimo. Hanno spalato la neve dietro la nostra macchina ed erano sempre disponibili.
Assolutamente da consigliare!!!!

Smooth and quick check in! When we got back to the property after dinner and shopping, we turned our tv on to discover we couldn’t get the sound working. The front desk attendant, who we believe is named Patrick came to fix it for us! He was very kind, professional and helped us get it working in no time! The whole staff was awesome. We got up in the morning and took our toddler to the swimming pool, it was clean, warm and comfortable! Next time we are in the area, we will definitely be returning to this hotel!

We were happily surprised that our room with three queen beds had one bed in a separate but connected room. The downfall for our family was that the pool and hot tub were located in the other building. But- the pool was warm and the hot tub was nice and hot so it was worth it!
Friendly staff and the cookies at the front desk were a nice touch.

Room was in a separate building from main building with no ice maker, drink machine etc. Breakfast was in main building. Stairway to room was very narrow,which made it difficult with luggage.No elevator.
The bed was very soft and lumpy.

Very clean but hot tub did not work, wifi didnt work, everytime i turned tv on I had to go up to TV to change it to HDMI3, then when i went to breakfast I came back and the cleaning lady was already in my room and I had not checked out. Really annoying this whole stay.

This was a great unassuming hotel. We’ve stayed in Montrose once a year every year for 30 years for business and we have been to about every hotel in the area and this was the best one we’ve stayed at in all that time. There was a deposit that I was informed of probably 3 times before checking in. The manager was extremely kind and helpful. Everything that was within his control was extremely well taken care of. The pillows were great bed was a little hard for my liking but the room was so clean. We stayed in the family suite and it was perfect for my family of six. Best bang for my buck. We will likely stay here again next year. Check in was a breeze and it was nice and quiet through our stay. I definitely recommend staying here.

Doors to building were not secure, room was really cold and room air heater was really noisy when it finally worked. Room was slightly dirty and smelled bad.
