Very nice place to stay. Quiet area. Clean house and Kree is very responsive. I do think that ******* and Vrbo need to work out the integration issues that if you rent a Vrbo through *******, tracking that via Vrbo is non-existent. Makes it tough to communicate with the Vrbo host due to that issue (they may not be able to find your reservation). ******* really should get this resolved ASAP.

Great place, close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP Spotless clean and neatly prepped when we arrived. Communication with the host was impeccable. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. Thanks Kree!

Fantastic Stay! This home was perfect for our family and is great if traveling with your pet as well. It is located close to pretty much everything in Montrose and is in a great, quiet neighborhood. It is a brand new, very clean home and was also very well stocked. The host was amazing as well! We would definitely stay here again!
