We only stayed for 1 night, but will.definatley be back. Our room was in the annexe at.the back, it was a good size, with a huge comfy bed,and very clean. There was a hospitality tray and a small fridge. The staff could not have been nicer, and encouraging our terrible French. The bar was so cozy with a log burner and lovely touches such as board games. Our evening meal was so good, all 4 of us had different dishes and 3 courses and were extremely happy. Breakfast the following morning had a good selection, including freshly squeezed orange. We will return !

Not sure how this hotel is the highest rated in Montreuil. For £150 I would have expected a lot more. Our room was worn dated and the bathrooms even more so. Very few amenities, one small bottle of water, no wifi, no parking including and no breakfast included. For that price I expect a lot more. Location however perfect and the bed is very comfy with nice linen.

Expected far more when booking as hotel full of character and in good location for the buzzy main square. However the room was awful. Up some stairs from the courtyard then the bedroom was up a lot of steep wooden stairs that were a real hazard and noisy when you get up in the night. Also it was totally devoid of any character and poor value at £150 for a supposed Superior room. The accessibility challenges really should be highlighted in advance to bookers. Breakfast in nice old section and had a good buffet. Dinner and service in the attractive old restaurant was excellent. You pay 10 Euros for secure parking.

Brilliant customer service, they couldn't do enough to help, even put our ice blocks in their freezer. Breakfast was good value for money too, you could even press your own oranges. Thank you so much we'll be back. Emma , Steve, Jacqui and John

This is one of the most historic and picturesque hotels in Montreuil. Quentin and Jerome on the reception team are very friendly, efficient and helpful whether by e mail or in person. We were very happy with our comfortable room with its spa bath. Dinner in the restaurant was beautifully presented and delicious. Breakfast taken in the historic surroundings is varied and plentiful. Everything about our stay was memorable and most enjoyable.

On our annual visits at each end of our touring holiday it was, as always, a treat to be back at Les Hauts, we just love staying there! They have been busy updating their bedrooms which are now very modern and even more comfortable and stylish than before. We asked to change our room on arrival and it was done immediately and without fuss. Everything, yes everything about this hotel is done to perfection. The welcome is warm, all the staff are friendly and efficient. The couple who run this place are perfectionists, Madam as front of house runs a first class place and Monsieur in the kitchen can cook up a storm! We feel anyone working here is part of a team that knows exactly how to please their customers. The food is innovative, delicious and a work of art to look at, even breakfast is a joy, the beds are comfortable with lovely linen, the outside space is attractive and a pleasure to sit in and as someone else said, the parking is a great extra. We feel so lucky to be able to stay here each year, at what we feel are very reasonable prices for what we get. Thank you Les Hauts, we can’t wait to come back

This hotel is an absolute gem ! The rooms were decorated to a very high standard and were spacious and airy . The bed was very comfy . We ate in the Patio Restaurant which was superb the Escargot dish i will never forget it was amazing. All the staff are very helpful and friendly . I would highly recommend staying here

Excellent stay at this charming hotel. The food was innovative and exceptional quality. A cosy dining room on a cold weekend was complimented by friendly staff. Very good value for money too.

On a driving holiday, number one need is a secure car park. Which this hotel has. Then good food which this hotel has via its Le Patio restaurant. And of course, the room. Ours was in a separate block adjacent to the reception block. Very spacious and clean although toilet was quirky shall we say. But that is what you get if you want to stay in a period property in the centre of a lovely town. Would stay again.
