Hotel in zona Westview Bible Church, Montréal

The reception staff and specially supervisor Noemi is awesome, She has great skills to hanle any concerns during your stay. I had an issue staying in my room, water leakage from the window early morning and she compensate fairly also booked us the taxi to the airport. I will recommend everyone who want to stay in this hotel. Keep it up 👍

We stayed here for one very short night prior to an early flight from the airport. We chose this hotel partly because it had a restaurant, and after arriving on the train we didn't want to have to seek out a place to eat. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed on Monday, so we had to take a taxi to a restaurant about a mile away. There was a happy hour at the hotel with generous drinks but really minimal food, so that wasn't an option for dinner. The other negative is that there is a lot of noise from the nearby highway. Only in the morning did we discover that earplugs were available in the bedside drawer. Obviously the noise is a problem for many people. We took a 5:15 AM shuttle to the airport and the driver was very friendly. Unfortunately, we had to leave so early that we were unable to take advantage of the provided breakfast. For a one-night stay near the airport, we could have probably found a more suitable, quieter hotel for less money. A shuttle to the restaurant would have been helpful, and a packaged breakfast to go would have been a nice touch.

This is just a great hotel. Easy on/off 40. Just a short drive to restaurants but why go there - the restaurant at the hotel was very good. We only had breakfast, but you could tell it was a class act and made with care. New, urban, and kind of funky. Spacious airy lobby area with bar and restaurant. Staff were great - very good customer service skills. My wife really enjoyed the decor and decorating and the place was spotless. The gym, pool, steam room, sauna and whirlpool were of the quality of hotels that cost much, much more. We were there on a weekend and they had a great deal on Marriott points required for weekend stays. We usually stay at a different hotel brand just off 40 in Dorion, but no more. This is our new go to hotel when passing through Montreal. I normally don't stay at too many Courtyards because I look for breakfast included but this ( at least on a weekend) is just too good a property and deal to drive by.

Le camere sono state molto ben mantenute e il servizio del personale del servizio di fronte. Le camere erano spaziose con un letto regina e un divano che ha dormito facilmente. Ha una cucina piena con letto se vuoi cucinare. Lenzuola, asciugamani erano puliti. Il dipartimento frontale era molto cortese e soddisfacente per tutte le esigenze

Façade du côté autoroute très bruyant, à l'arrière sûrement moins. Base de lit en tôle ??(faut pas frappé dessus surtout si quelqu'un dort). Une seule machine à glace pour tout l'hôtel. Pas de lait ou crème dans le frigo pour le café. Quelques petits ajustements encore, hôtel neuf et propre.

L'hotel era una scelta decente vicino all'aeroporto, quindi non abbiamo dovuto preoccuparci del traffico il giorno del nostro volo. Non c'è niente vicino, l'hotel dispone di un ristorante e un piccolo negozio di comodità. Suggerisco questo hotel se si muove per l'affare e ha bisogno di un posto tranquillo vicino all'hotel.

Questo hotel si trova a buon mercato nel terminal dell'aeroporto di Montreal. Le camere sono grandi, pulite e moderne. È un luogo perfetto per il crollo se avete solo poche ore e non volete andare fuori proprietà. La mia unica denuncia riguarda l'errore di un membro del personale. Anche se avevo pagato in anticipo per la stanza, mi è stato chiesto di mettere in custodia una carta di credito per incidenti, che è normale. Alla checkout, ho confermato che tutti eravamo fissati (nessuna tassa). Più tardi, ho scoperto che la mia carta di credito era stata pagata oltre 100 dollari per qualcosa. Il capo ha un capello bianco, molto buono, ha bisogno di chiamare. Non sono in grado di parlare, ho chiesto a un conducente di Hilton. Non ho pensato che mi avesse contattato molto entusiasta dopo avermi aspettato all'uscita 8, molto bene. Il capo e l'hotel hanno un senso dell'età, molto gentile, 😄, il letto è molto comodo, l'igiene è anche molto buona. Ho appena entrato nella stanza con un po'di sapore dolce, ma vedi il tempo laggiù, ha piovuto N giorni, quindi capisco che l'ambiente è molto soddisfatto, il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta, Il capo è molto e buono e disposto a spiegare per aiutarti ad aspettare. È molto consigliabile andare e prenotare la prossima volta.A parte il supermercato vicino, c'è un negozio che vende il fuoco, non molto lontano da un autobus in città, è molto conveniente.

I recently spent a couple nights at the Sheraton Montreal Airport (one night stays on each end of a trip) and while the stays were good overall, I would say there's a lot of opportunity for the hotel to improve. I've stayed here many times over the years, but I haven't been in a couple years. Returning this time, I felt it was a good hotel with a lot of potential. I just got the feeling there is a lack of attention to detail in a lot of areas. The first night I stayed, there was no explanation of the dining situation. The television stated the restaurant and room service was not available. When I went down to the lobby I noticed the restaurant is in fact running. I'm not sure if room service is also open and the information was outdated. The Club lounge was also closed. They do provide soft drinks and complementary sandwiches which is a decent compromise however. There is a beautiful new fitness centre, but it was initially difficult to locate. It would have been nice that its location was explained when checking in and better signage. After walking around I finally asked a cleaner for its location and eventually found it. The machines don't seem to have television or anything hooked up to them which would be a welcome addition if possible. Overall this is a good hotel with a lot of potential. It felt like things got shut down due to Covid and just never really restarted. While other hotels have made the move back to normalcy, this one still felt like it was in transition. The staff were friendly and the facilities are clean. Some of the furniture is probably due to be replaced, but again we are talking minor improvements. I would return to this hotel, I just hope to see more things back to normal and better communication. Not having room service is a big problem.

Very good hotel close to airport. Would definitely return. Pros - amazing staff that are very customer focused (kuddos to the manager and training given) - this is a major differentiator - good gym that has descent equipment - whilst no restaurant or room service, basic food options available next to lobby - shuttle every 30 min to airport (with excellent driver that is also client focused) - good treatment of Ambassador and BonVoy status traveller’s - very good wifi - relatively new hotel Cons - no room service - no hot breakfast - pool has no sauna
