Hotel in zona Marcel Morin Community Centre, Montréal

We stayed here for one very short night prior to an early flight from the airport. We chose this hotel partly because it had a restaurant, and after arriving on the train we didn't want to have to seek out a place to eat. Unfortunately, the restaurant is closed on Monday, so we had to take a taxi to a restaurant about a mile away. There was a happy hour at the hotel with generous drinks but really minimal food, so that wasn't an option for dinner. The other negative is that there is a lot of noise from the nearby highway. Only in the morning did we discover that earplugs were available in the bedside drawer. Obviously the noise is a problem for many people. We took a 5:15 AM shuttle to the airport and the driver was very friendly. Unfortunately, we had to leave so early that we were unable to take advantage of the provided breakfast. For a one-night stay near the airport, we could have probably found a more suitable, quieter hotel for less money. A shuttle to the restaurant would have been helpful, and a packaged breakfast to go would have been a nice touch.

The reception staff and specially supervisor Noemi is awesome, She has great skills to hanle any concerns during your stay. I had an issue staying in my room, water leakage from the window early morning and she compensate fairly also booked us the taxi to the airport. I will recommend everyone who want to stay in this hotel. Keep it up 👍

Le camere sono state molto ben mantenute e il servizio del personale del servizio di fronte. Le camere erano spaziose con un letto regina e un divano che ha dormito facilmente. Ha una cucina piena con letto se vuoi cucinare. Lenzuola, asciugamani erano puliti. Il dipartimento frontale era molto cortese e soddisfacente per tutte le esigenze

Façade du côté autoroute très bruyant, à l'arrière sûrement moins. Base de lit en tôle ??(faut pas frappé dessus surtout si quelqu'un dort). Une seule machine à glace pour tout l'hôtel. Pas de lait ou crème dans le frigo pour le café. Quelques petits ajustements encore, hôtel neuf et propre.

Abbiamo avuto una buona permanenza, tutto era perfetto fino al mattino all'ora del colazione si è constatato amaramente che il cibo non era sufficiente perché molte cose erano finite.

Questo hotel si trova a buon mercato nel terminal dell'aeroporto di Montreal. Le camere sono grandi, pulite e moderne. È un luogo perfetto per il crollo se avete solo poche ore e non volete andare fuori proprietà. La mia unica denuncia riguarda l'errore di un membro del personale. I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Laval for one night, during a short business trip. I essentially made this choice because of the price, since, for this trip, the location what not important. The Hampton Inn brand is part of the Hilton chain and the stays allows collecting Hilton Honors points. The property This hotel is located in the town of Laval, north of Montreal, but far from the large shopping centers, but still in a commercial area where one can find several stores and restaurants. This is a small property. The hotel hall is small, but there is a large room next to it where breakfast is served. The room My room is spacious with a king size bed. A nightstands is placed on each side of the bed and on one of them, there are many power sockets. The ground is covered with a very dusty carpet that needs a clean-up real bad. What stricken me, when I got in to the room, was a strong displeasing odor. The air is very dry and you can smell dust in the air. I would go as far saying the environment is unhealthy and hard to breathe. There is a small work desk with a wheeled chair. There is only one power socket available on that desk. A coffee machine with pouches is available, but placed in the bathroom, which is unusual. An iron and its board are also available. There is no other equipment provided in this room, no fridge, no microwave oven. The closet is closed. HDMI and USB plugs are accessible behind the TV. The bed sheeting is worn out, but the bed is very comfortable and gave me an excellent night of sleep, if it wasn’t for the air quality in the room. The bathroom The bathroom is not very spacious. The counter area around the sink is sufficient. Everything is clean. The shower is in the bath. Services The personnel at the reception desk were cold and not friendly. At my arrival, the registering process was long and complicated. There were documents to sign and they took photocopies of my proof of ID. Breakfast was included in the room fare and served in a large room by the entrance hall. Free coffee was available all day. A little counter near the reception desk offered a small variety of snacks and cold beverages. The hotel has an interior pool and a large well equipped gym. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is free and works well. An exterior parking is available and is free. The devil is in the details: - Worn out sheeting. - Vitiated air in the room: dry and dusty. Suffocating. - Very dusty carpet. - Staff not friendly at front desk. Pros - Good price. - Free coffee all day. Cons - Room not well equipped, no fridge.

Very good hotel close to airport. Would definitely return. Pros - amazing staff that are very customer focused (kuddos to the manager and training given) - this is a major differentiator - good gym that has descent equipment - whilst no restaurant or room service, basic food options available next to lobby - shuttle every 30 min to airport (with excellent driver that is also client focused) - good treatment of Ambassador and BonVoy status traveller’s - very good wifi - relatively new hotel Cons - no room service - no hot breakfast - pool has no sauna

Il Colom Hotel è molto buono, la camera è grande, è comodo andare ovunque nel centro della città e molto vicino a China Town. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Molte donne sono molto disponibili ad aiutare. Il parcheggio è su una strada dietro l'hotel e le indicazioni sono molto chiare. Vieni di nuovo la prossima volta.
