I used mostly 90% of the Hotels around Montreal airport during the years. I was sent to this property because another hotel made a mistake in my reservation and they were s/out. I big mistake happened at check-in at 9pm with my rates, but the customer service was amazing in resolving the issue by 9am next morning. Rooms are really spacious, very clean and kitchen is amazing with many amenities. Breakfast was done in Covid mode, a person will take your choice and put them in a box to go, choice was excellent and food was really good, specially the croissants. Very big Parking. Excellent location for shopping if you have time, Ikea just in front Mall about 3 mn drive from hotel. This is going to be my first hotel of choice in Montreal airport area in the future.

I would stay here next time i'm in the area, The staff was friendly and there to help on all your needs. Clean and safe, no issue with safety or any other concerns. There was a small issue with parking due to the amount of snow in the area, but staff easily rectified my concerns

Dopo un fine settimana di H*LL con 2 bambini piccoli, voli persi, terribili esperienze con il servizio clienti aerei, mancanza di sonno e di ricorso, QUESTO BILANCIO e il loro intero personale, sono venuti per noi 3 notti in fila. Ci hanno aiutati quando eravamo disperati per le soluzioni e ci hanno guidati quando avevamo bisogno di oggetti per i bambini. La verità è che non voglio più vedere Montreal, ma se devo assolutamente, non c'è dubbio che questo sia l'unico posto che sto per spendere il mio tempo e i miei soldi. Grazie al personale se lo leggete... sa chi siamo la famiglia con i bambini e il carro 😅🤩💙

L'hotel era molto pulito. Il desk front was very helpful. La stanza era esattamente quello che mi aspettavo. Rimarrei lì e consiglierei questo hotel

I booked this room for my sister for a last minute work trip and she provided this information. The staff was nice and the room was clean. However, the heater was unplugged so the room was cold, the curtain was broken so could not be closed completely so other guests may have been able to see in. Finally she had to crawl on the floor to find a working outlet to plug in her CPAP machine

🚗 Trasporti: l'hotel non ha fornito un autobus all'aeroporto per prendere il suo autobus 🧹 Salute: bene 🍃 Ambiente: buono 🔔 Servizio: siamo arrivati tardi, c'è una persona sul recepimento. Alcuni casi speciali devono essere affrontati dall'ospite davanti. E'un po' occupato, non puo' entrare e aspettare un po' di servizio generale è buono
