Hotel Casa Bella

蒙特利爾的這家酒店建築據前台説已經超過100年歷史了，樓梯窄，房間小，但勝在地理位置，距市中心和各大學都不遠，走路🚶即可。 酒店老闆是華人，前台見過大概四名工作人員，都是華人，都會説普通話，交流起來很順暢。

酒店位置很好，在市中心，離Mcgill和一些老街不遠，著名的必吃店施瓦茨烤肉店也在步行範圍之內。 酒店比數年前顯得更為老舊，設施衹能説是擁有基本設施。 酒店停車場不大，不一定能夠有地方停車，好在旁邊的馬路上還能停。

交通便利 乾淨衞生

bathroom was old and in need of repair. Parking boxed your car in and when I wanted out, I had to move other tenants cars.

Definitely a 2-star hotel, but decent and really convenient! I couldn't figure out the parking and so parked in the UQAM underground parking about a block away ($11 for 24h on the weekend), which meant I didn't have to move my car after checking out.

I did not like the room and the Hotel it looks nothing like a Hotel old and dirty with no elevator and narrow staircase.

It's very old, tiny, rundown. The bed is falling in the middle. Not many tv stations. Not accessible for wheel chair.

GOOD: Great location. Was quiet. Bed was comfortable. BAD: Disgustingly dirty. Curtains filthy and covered in spatter, same with walls. Floor so dirty I was afraid to walk barefoot on it, Worst part was the bathroom reeked or urine. I am guessing the toilet seal cracked and is leaking into sub-floor, instead of addressing issue, owners have tried to hide and contain by excessive caulking of toilet base. Ceiling tiles soiled and long over due for replacement. Fire alarm discoloration, makes me wonder how old that is. COMIC RELIEF OR FRAUD: Website comically says "Enhanced Cleanliness Measures" ? MESSAGE TO OWNER: This hotel could so easily be so much better. I can forgive a lot of things if a place is clean. You need to send in cleaners with buckets of hot bleach water and scrub down the room walls and floor. Ceiling tiles need replacing with new. Fix basic plumbing issues that make the room smell like urine (I am surprised this is not a health and safety issue!). Paint the rooms once every year or two.

I like the location because it is close to where my events. I don't like the place because they did not clean well the room and the washroom. The floor is dirty.
