Hotel in zona Crépeau dog park, Montréal

Abbiamo appena camminato per la strada dove tutto quello che ci serve c'era poco piazza con Walmart, molte scelte di ristoranti per mangiare e stazioni di gas proprio accanto a riempire e prendere l'autostrada proprio lì. La PLL era fantastica e utile con tutto quello che mi serve. La stanza era confortevole e mi piaceva la finestra di muro di slitta per più privacy! Grande posto!

Comincia parlando di te. fr.trip.comil ha avuto un errore ha avuto. 2 prenotazione meme camera meme data errore citta o clicker errore data a domani camera più jai voleva far correggere Una risposta un nonil ha dovuto parlare a 3 persone a finito di me dire Una risposta con la ricezione Una risposta Una risposta a casa del motel mi risponde non può niente e voi fr.trip.com i vos che è responsabile parlo francese solo non posso chiamare quindi su sua vacanza mi volano 80 $ jatend sempre dopo e potuto nuovo non servizio jai dormire più di 30 giorni a questa Motel e non so chi è responsabile lancia la palla Inizio parlando di te en.trip.com ha un errore. 2 prenotazioni la stessa stanza la stessa data errore la citazione aveva o clicker errore data vedete domani la stanza inoltre volevo che fosse corretta. Mi rispondono con un no ho dovuto parlare con 3 persone che si sono chiusi dicendomi che stiamo organizzando con la ricezione Va a essere sistemato Io vado alla ricezione del motel mi risponde no non può fare niente e tu fr.trip.com Sei tu che è responsabile Parlo solo francese non può chiamare così in sua vacanza rubano $ 80 da me Io aspettavo sempre e non potevo sentire da Mi sono addormentato più di 30 giorni in questo motel e non so chi sia responsabile di gettare la palla

Well considering this has only been open 7months I am surprised at the poor workmanship. The door to our room let in a beacon of light, it was so poorly fitted. The carpet was lifting, the toilet roll holder was installed wrongly so the toilet roll falls off. A panel above the bed was not painted, the desk under the tv was bubbling and lifting. The service was poor, the breakfast included in our package was kosher, it was not a great selection, cold boiled eggs, cold poached egg, dairy free yoghurt. Cereal was a good selection but no bowls to eat it out of, there was metal knives and spoons but no forks. Our second day we went down and it was closed with no notification thankfully the the hotel accommodated us into the bistro, which is amazing food and questionable service depending on who is on. On our final day a Saturday, it was open, but no electricity as it’s a day of rest. So no toast no coffee, wow again thankfully the reception supervisor accommodated us over the road at the Marriott residence inn. Only one lift worked the whole time we were there. And outside the lift the luggage trolleys sat blocking the route for 2 full days. Housekeeping …. It didn’t come around one day until 5pm and then when we said can you come back in 10minutes as we are going out then. We had already gotten towels brought up from the reception. The housekeeper stood in our door with her foot holding the door open with her arms crossed. Needless to say we grabbed our stuff and left imminently as we felt pressured. On our final day they didn’t come at all. We got back at 1600 and they hadn’t been so granted we put out do not disturb sign out. It’s not all bad… the rooms are very spacious, the shower is huge with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash that’s attached to the wall. The curtains are so thick and completely blockout. The TV displayed a welcome note, and we had a single bottle of water and nature valley bar. One between 2 of us…. The rooms are very tech savvy. With electric panels as you walk in and on one side of the bed. The hotel is really close to the Napur metro station, only 6 minute walking, and very cheap, plus fast to get to anywhere. We were staying in zone A throughout our stay, so bought a 3 day pass for $21.25 which was ideal. Also this was our honeymoon and we had made them aware, they didn’t do anything, we weren’t asking for much, but a drinks voucher or a bottle of something would have made all the difference. We married in a UK Marriott and all they did was love heart petals and a bottle of Prosecco, a small gesture makes all the difference.

Alcuni casi speciali devono essere affrontati dall'ospite davanti. E'un po' occupato, non puo' entrare e aspettare un po' di servizio generale è buono

La stanza è pulita e pulita, ha una lavanderia molto conveniente, la colazione è ricco e adatta per portare il bambino.La posizione geografica è eccellente, il viaggio è molto conveniente, e il parcheggio gratuito è molto buono.

Dopo un fine settimana di H*LL con 2 bambini piccoli, voli persi, terribili esperienze con il servizio clienti aerei, mancanza di sonno e di ricorso, QUESTO BILANCIO e il loro intero personale, sono venuti per noi 3 notti in fila. Ci hanno aiutati quando eravamo disperati per le soluzioni e ci hanno guidati quando avevamo bisogno di oggetti per i bambini. La verità è che non voglio più vedere Montreal, ma se devo assolutamente, non c'è dubbio che questo sia l'unico posto che sto per spendere il mio tempo e i miei soldi. Grazie al personale se lo leggete... sa chi siamo la famiglia con i bambini e il carro 😅🤩💙
