Hotel in zona Baitul Aman, Montréal

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. With regards to the staff, they were helpful and provided what I needed. The only issue I had was that adjusting the temperature of the water in the shower was troublesome, it was either too hot or too cold.

Il Colom Hotel è molto buono, la camera è grande, è comodo andare ovunque nel centro della città e molto vicino a China Town. Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Molte donne sono molto disponibili ad aiutare. Il parcheggio è su una strada dietro l'hotel e le indicazioni sono molto chiare. Vieni di nuovo la prossima volta.

This stylish hotel was pet friendly, clean and comfortable. The friendly and helpful staff spoke English with us, as we did not speak French. There were several, affordable, take out restaurants near by, on the university campus which was great because eating in was not an option due to the pandemic. We enjoyed this property very much, even though we only stayed for one night. We would definitely stay here again!

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno ed era la posizione perfetta, molti posti raggiungibili a piedi: negozi, ristoranti, sala concerti. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il riscaldamento e la regolazione della temperatura e l'ascensore andava bene, ma ci tornerei se di passaggio. Il personale è stato molto disponibile a farci il check-in e a rispondere ad alcune domande sui luoghi della zona.

First, Hilton-branded hotels are my chain of choice and I am also a Diamond Member and have been for years. We chose the Hampton Inn Downtown Montreal due to its location; close to Old Montreal, Chinatown, the shopping district, and restaurants. At check-in the customary ”thank you for being an Honors Member” was not mentioned though not a big deal! As a Diamond Member I asked about the comp upgrade if available. I was told by the agent at the front desk that there were no upgrades available and that I was in a room with a ”couch”! Not sure what the 1 ½ person couch would do but whatever. We arrived at our room, our small room. We were on a 7-day trip to cold climates with outdoor events therefore we had a lot of baggage - nowhere to put it all in the room. From the room, I dialed ”0” and asked if we could please be assigned another room. The person on the phone said ”yes, of course, we will put you in a suite!”. (See above, front desk agent, no suites available.) We arrived to a large suite with great amenities - full kitchen and appliances, corner room, lots of room, etc. The downside, the floors were a mess - I mentioned it but never heard back. We used a damp towel and cleaned the entire room ourselves. Oh, the towel, it wasn't healthy looking after that. The runner carpets at the bed were no better. I door parking was great BUT it's where all the ********* smokers gather though there's no indoor smoking in any of the building. BTW - note that ********* is TOTALLY legal in Canada so that was not the issue - smoking inside was the issue. So, great location, nice property, attention to detail and Hilton Honors members is very lacking and a front desk agent who got caught in a little lie!

Un hotel con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. C'è un centro commerciale al piano terra. Il parcheggio è comodo. Puoi scegliere il parcheggio custodito o parcheggiare da solo. Ci vogliono più di dieci minuti a piedi dall'hotel al centro storico di Montreal e alla Cattedrale.

GLOBALE: Sono rimasto qui per tre notti mentre ero in una conferenza. In generale pensavo che fosse un posto fantastico e non esitarei a restare ancora una volta in una futura visita a Montreal! ROM: estremamente pulito, nuovo e rinfrescato. Le letti erano confortevoli e una varietà di piastrelle (firma vs. soft) erano fornite. Ci sono stati ampie uscite (elettrici standard e USB) sul desk e la lampada laterale, proprio come avresti bisogno. L'illuminazione era buona. Sono stati forniti due vestiti bianchi morbidi e la manutenzione è stata coerente e grande. I miei soli chiacchieroni nella stanza (638): la finestra era di fronte a un sentiero di strada/sido di un edificio, e come tale, non c'era praticamente nessuna vista e nessuna luce naturale significativa. Inoltre, la posizione del bagno e la vanità del bagno erano tali che non c'era abbastanza spazio per le gambe mentre sedevo sul bagno - e sono 5'3”! Per i futuri soggiorni, mi bastarebbe semplicemente evitare quella stanza a causa di queste questioni. SERVIZIO: Tutti al divano era carino! Molto utile al check-in e al check-out (ho richiesto un taxi molto presto, mi hanno aiutato a pensare al tempo e hanno chiamato anche la cabina per me). Molto cortese. ALTRO: C'è un piccolo caffè (Les Moulins la Fayette) all'interno dell'hotel che serve grandi caffè e favolosi pascoli. Il personale era carino e amichevole. LOCALIZZAZIONE: Dritta dal centro conferenze - sono andato a marzo e non ho nemmeno preso un cappotto alla conferenza, solo disgustato in tutta la strada! Per i pasti ci sono innumerevoli ristoranti deliziosi all'interno di una passeggiata 5-minute.

La stanza è OK. La stanza è molto fredda quando si ferma. Pensa che non c'è riscaldamento. Aprire il condizionamento del ventilatore senza riscaldamento. Il riscaldamento è sul bordo della finestra. Vuoi aspettare un'ora o due per riscaldare. L'agente Trip.com ha prepagato la stanza fissata per il renminbi. La reception ha preso una moneta di nuovo quando si liquida, Non è necessario chiarire le cattive parole in inglese, per tornare alla fine o al ritorno, ma fuori dalla casa invernale sono le erbe verdi e la piscina, o magiche

Ci sono molte luci indirette nella stanza, quindi posso rimanere calmo. La posizione è vicina alla zona commerciale, quindi posso mangiare facilmente dall'hotel.
