Il primo giorno qui e il posto sembra assolutamente sorprendente. Veramente alta classe si sente al posto. Tatiana la ricevitrice era molto utile e accogliente, gentile e divertente. Anche se aspettavamo che la nostra stanza fosse pronta quando arrivammo ore di presto. Abbiamo pranzo al riavvio italiano, ed Erika e Amanda erano così gentili per noi, un grande senso dell’umorismo, amichevole e solo un’energia positiva. Vinicius ci ha portato anche un’energia gentile, anche se non ci ha servito tanto. Era chiaro chi era il manager dalla loro lingua di demeanor e corpo e non porta la stessa energia calda e accogliente del personale. Non c'è bisogno di fare il saluto o il servizio clienti, ma non c'è bisogno di affrontarli, quindi non mi dispiace tanto, non possono essere in giro, sarebbe meglio per la vibrazione qui. In generale, molto felice finora e le strutture sono incredibili, le viste, la piscina e la spiaggia. Lascerò un'altra recensione verso la fine del mio soggiorno per vedere se questo proseguirà.

La stanza era molto buona. Ci è una cucina comunitaria molto completa e grande. Ci sono anche o in camera per conservare il bagaglio se hai bisogno di questo in caso di arrivo prima dell'ora di check-in o se hai bisogno di questo in check-out

Ho trovato i servizi di questo hotel essenziali. Il letto era abbastanza comodo e il wi fi per quanto mi riguarda funzionava bene. I prodotti a disposizione in bagno sono tutti col dispenser poiché l’hotel ha un orientamento ecologista. Troverete anche in dispencer della crema per il corpo. Il personale alla reception è molto gentile e ha saputo darci tutte le informazioni richieste. La colazione è soddisfacente, però se siete schizzinosi sappiate che marmellate, nutella, ecc dovranno essere prese con un cucchiaino usato da tutti in contenitori in comune. Se consideriamo la vocazione eco dell’hotel va bene anche questo. Forse dovrebbero curare un po’ meglio la pulizia delle stanze e cambiare qualche asciugamano in più. Inoltre la nostra camera aveva un bagno per voyeurs, con porta scorrevole in vetro che si apriva da sola. Comunque il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevole

Favoloso appartamento. Ero in un viaggio in solito ma questo sarebbe perfetto per amici, coppie familiari o affari. Fullamente servito con frigorifero, forno, cucina ecc. grande pressione di doccia. Comfortabile letto/sala da bagno. Aveva un piccolo problema di check-in, perché è un check-in elettronico, ma c'è un telefono disponibile e hanno mandato qualcuno direttamente per aiutare. L'unica critica che è così minore è che potevo sentire l'odore del cibo cotto nell'appartamento vicino alla porta. Altrimenti non posso sbagliare il posto! A quanto pare hanno 18 località in Portogallo o a Lisbona, quindi defo userò di nuovo gli appartamenti!!

Questo è un posto molto bello, anche se sono già stato in ostelli molto meglio/più bello. La posizione è grande, vicino al metro, a piedi distanza dalla vecchia città. Hanno un buon colazione. Bella camera per colazione. La gente della ricezione era molto gentile. Una volta sono andata al bar del tetto, non era aperta, anche se il tempo era bello. La stanza che avevo (8 letti) era molto piccola, anche una cabina di equipaggio su una nave da crociera ha più spazio di quella che avevo in entrata. Non c'è spazio per 8 persone. Se volevi alzarti dal letto, dovevi aspettare, finché altri non lasciano la stanza. Ci sono solo 8 letti, niente altro, nessun spazio per nemmeno il bagagliaio. Assolutamente niente. Non c'era mai carta da bagno sul bagno, e non erano puliti, e anche i doccia, e ci sono segni che le persone non dovrebbero lasciare le stanze sporche, ma penso ancora che dovrebbero pulire i bagni e i doccia più spesso. Nel bagno dovete premere il pulsante tutto il tempo.

Personale accogliente. Ambiente simpatico. Camera piccola ma sufficiente con mobili necessari e di qualità. Isolazione termica corretta. Ventilatore al tetto estremamente silenzioso ed efficace con minutore e diverse intensità. Varie sale d’acqua con bagno disponibile per piano, pulite. Cucina comune disponibile anche sul piano. Colazione e pizza ogni sera possibili. Punti negativi: luminosità quando il giorno si alza nella stanza. Isolamento acustico con le camere vicine e il corridoio (soprattutto in presenza di vicini di palla irrespective... colpi telefonici in altoparlante nella notte, film con il suono forte, porta craccata a qualsiasi ora...) le maschere e le boule quies sont d’ Uso.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

I visited Portugal on a group tour that included stays at three pousadas. A big takeaway from my experience is that pousadas are remarkably variable. Pousada Mosteiro de Guimaraes, was fantastic, while Conimbriga Hotel Do Paço was abysmal. This one, Pousada Castelo Palmela, was somewhere in-between. I recommend you choose your pousada carefully. The positives of Pousada Castelo Palmela are many and significant. It’s a magnificent building with fantastic views. I recommend you save some time to explore the fortress the hotel is part of, and, when weather permits, you go to the west side of the pousada’s grounds to enjoy a lovely sunset. However, the staff of this pousada could improve. I got the impression that the place was understaffed, and not all staff were fully trained. Dining was disappointing; the pousada’s restaurant has limited capacity and books up quickly, and there are few if any local restaurants to use as an alternative. To solve this, you could book half board, or reserve your dinner table well in advance. However, I don’t recommend that because, as well as being small relative to the number of guest rooms, the restaurant isn’t very good. My dinners here were frankly awful – uninspired and badly served, often cold. I recommend you go grocery shopping and bring food with you when you return to the hotel, or use Uber Eats to have your dinner delivered (as I did).

We stayed there in September, for 6 days, as we had our wedding in costa caparica. We had a happy week in Portugal, but the quality of the service in the hotel was poor. The building itself is clean, and has a kind of desing, thats a plus. But the staff was not kind or nice at all. We literally felt bad whenever we went to the reception to discuss something (basic things, like reserving a table etc). They looked pretty grumpy and when we approached them, we felt uncomfortable, they just wanted to get rid of us. Applies for the Reception and the breakfast and bar staff. Only the cleaning ladies were nice and smiling. It was pretty difficult to order or ask in English durint launch or breakfast. Our parents arrived one day later, around 1 am in the morning, after a 14hours trip, and after check-in we had to do all the paying in this late hour, even though we asked and promised that we will come down first thing in the morning to pay, as they are exteremely exhausted after the trip. They didnt care at all. At other hotels we always paid upon leaving but even if they want to make sure and have it in advance, i truly believe they should be more emphatic and not keeping exhasuted people at the front desk for an extra 30 minutes in the middle of the night. My father has diabetes and high hart rate, he was really suffering after this trip and just wanted to go to bed. All the parents are above 65, it was unpleasent welcome. At this hotel you have to book the breakfast table in advance, doesnt matter how late you arrived,and even if this is the last thing you want to do on your holiday, to follow a schedule. When we ate at the bar, it took literally an hour to get some snack. The 3person room is not really a 3 person room, it is a normal room with an extra bed which is only suitable for smaller children. (It is not like a must, but a good indicator: we had our wedding there, walking out from the hotel, and no one from the staff had a kind word - even all the flight attandendts were nices that anyone in the hotel.) We choose the hotel as it is close to the beach by car, so it fulfilled the purpose, but we would not go back. For the price you can get better.
