Hotel in zona Estação Ferroviária de Montijo, Montijo

Estivemos no dia 16 de Fevereiro. Os empregados são simpáticos, mas ainda pouco experientes. Localização excelente com uma vista excepcional do terraço/Bar.Quarto bom,mas com cama demasiado grande para o espaço,embora confortável. O quarto e as instalações estavam limpas Pequeno almoço sofrível para im hotel 4*.O bufet está mal organizado: - as compotas não estão identificadas - não há colheres maiores para comer o iogurte com fruta - a fruta está cortada demasiado grossa - não têm bules para poder levar para a mesa com o chá A fruta estava pouco madura. O pão (bolas) é de qualidade sofrível. Não há recolha atempada da louça suja na mesa A música ambiente é um autêntico desastre.É música de discoteca ( pum catapum catapum) e está sempre altíssima. Estivemos no bar para relaxar e ler,pedimos para baixar o som,mas mesmo assim é demasiado desconfortável.A música ambiente num hotel deve ser relaxante ,suave e com o som baixo.Não se vai para um hotel para ouvir música de discoteca!!! O preço é elevado para a qualidade.

It’s been a long time since I was last in a youth hostel, and as a now 45 year old man there is probably a reason for this. Arriving late on the Tuesday night with fond memories of dorm parties and tequila slammers, I was greeted by what I initially thought was captain Jack Sparrow, but who actually transpired to be a very friendly chap who helped us to navigate the intricacies of the main entrance. Door buzzed, suitcases lifted up the stairs and ugh who let mum and dad in looks absorbed, we were handed our keys by a lovely member of the team alongside vouchers for two free shots. Enthusiastically we were informed that the bar was open until 1am that night, although we had missed the pub crawl for the evening. I’m flattered I guess, however we decided to give the shots a miss in favour of a nice sleep. Yup, Father Time catches up with us all… We had a private double with a shared bathroom, and although very small it was comfortable enough. The pillow has perhaps seen better days, but the A/C was a life saver! Spending the days walking around town and doing some gentle exploring, the nights were largely spent for myself at least in the bar area downstairs. It’s a small but perfectly functional area, and in all honesty wasn’t the screaming mess of teenagers away from home for the first time that I had been expecting. At 3 euros a pint I was certainly very happy to sit and read whilst various cool young things did their thing in the background. Declining participation in the pub crawl for a second time, I was tempted with the tapas tasting but plans for the night changed due to friends arriving a day early and diner reservations being made. From a comfort point of view, our bathroom was shared between three double rooms I believe on the third floor, and this was never an issue. I attribute this to the fact that we were likely on very different schedules with us going out for the day and back for the night, as opposed to the perhaps more night based activities of our fellow residents. Bedroom like I said small, but hey, who cares, we weren’t here to sit in a room all day. The breakfast was absolutely fine, and for 5 euros a day you really cannot complain. All in all very happy with my stay, though peeking into an open dorm room one day my god I wouldn’t have survived the week unless you could take 25 years off me! Good job though overall Sant Jordi, and I’d certainly consider staying again - safe, friendly and somewhere I’m sure 20 year old me would have had a blast!

Ottima posizione, comodissima per girare sia a piedi che con i mezzi. Struttura bella, magari un cartello in più fuori non guasterebbe perché ho fatto 3 volte avanti e indietro senza accorgermi della scritta sul vetro. Staff gentile. Camere piccole ma poco importa se si vuole visitare la città e utilizzarlo solo per riposare. Ci vorrebbero alcuni accorgimenti in più; vista la modernità del posto uno si aspetterebbe magari qualche gancio ai letti e non solo quattro appendini in tutto, un poggia sapone nella doccia, magari un dispenser di sapone ad uso comune al posto di una saponetta..il mio letto non era molto comodo ma con la stanchezza della sera ho dormito ugualmente come un ghiro. La colazione decisamente costosa per quello che offre; 7,50€ sono molti considerando che ho pranzato in giro con 12€ e cenato con 15€. Non vengono organizzati eventi, serate, tour, e mi è dispiaciuto perché viaggiando sola avrei gradito passare del tempo in compagnia. Tutto sommato ho soggiornato piacevolmente ma non ci tornerei ecco!

とにかくロケーションがよかった。ＣＰ、メトロの駅も近い。観光しやすかった。過去のコメントを見て不安はあったが、価格とアクセスの良さで選んで正解だった。大きな看板が出ていたのでわかりやすい。部屋はトイレはないものの簡易シャワーと洗面台がついていた。確かに家具が古かったり、洗面台の蛇口の根本やシャワーの根元がグラグラしていたり、隣家が近いのでブラインドが下がったままだったりはしてけれど、掃除は行き届いていた。２泊したが、私的にはよかった。繁華街にあるため、夜も安心して出歩けた。観光メインで、夜寝るだけと考えたら、立地的にコスパ抜群おすすめです

Esperienza molto positiva presso questa struttura, non c’è assolutamente niente che non mi sia piaciuto della mia vacanza. Ho apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, l’estrema pulizia della camera (moderna e molto funzionale) e mi è piaciuta anche la zona, molto viva e vicina al centro. Peccato che non ci sia la possibilità di fare colazione ma lo consiglio assolutamente.

Hotel in ottima posizione, situato in un bellissimo ed elegante viale costellato di negozi con brand di lusso, a pochi passi dal centro storico di Lisbona e dalla fermata della metropolitana. Camera standard piccola, arredamento vecchio, armadio minuscolo (3 appendini), letto confortevole. Bagno troppo piccolo con accesso difficoltoso alla doccia. Ottimo il cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani, pure le lenzuola sono state cambiate spesso. Pulizia camera ottima. Colazione dolce e salata varia, più che soddisfacente per un 2 stelle. Personale cortese.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

E' in posizione strategica per l'aeroporto, non per visitare la città da cui dista almeno una ventina di minuti in taxi dal centro. Stanze piccole, ma pulite, moderne ed essenziali. E soprattutto molto silenziose. Di fronte c'è un supermercato per le piccole necessità. Personale al desk molto gentile e disponibile. Non posso commentare la colazione in quanto siamo ripartiti molto presto. Se mi dovesse ricapitare di fare un breve scalo a Lisbona, ci tornerò sicuramente.

I visited Portugal on a group tour that included stays at three pousadas. A big takeaway from my experience is that pousadas are remarkably variable. Pousada Mosteiro de Guimaraes, was fantastic, while Conimbriga Hotel Do Paço was abysmal. This one, Pousada Castelo Palmela, was somewhere in-between. I recommend you choose your pousada carefully. The positives of Pousada Castelo Palmela are many and significant. It’s a magnificent building with fantastic views. I recommend you save some time to explore the fortress the hotel is part of, and, when weather permits, you go to the west side of the pousada’s grounds to enjoy a lovely sunset. However, the staff of this pousada could improve. I got the impression that the place was understaffed, and not all staff were fully trained. Dining was disappointing; the pousada’s restaurant has limited capacity and books up quickly, and there are few if any local restaurants to use as an alternative. To solve this, you could book half board, or reserve your dinner table well in advance. However, I don’t recommend that because, as well as being small relative to the number of guest rooms, the restaurant isn’t very good. My dinners here were frankly awful – uninspired and badly served, often cold. I recommend you go grocery shopping and bring food with you when you return to the hotel, or use Uber Eats to have your dinner delivered (as I did).

I had a quick overnight stay at this beautiful hotel - my first time in an Ibis Styles. I was certainly impressed, it really is a fantastic hotel. Great staff, food, decor, BUT the rooms are not just small, they are tiny. I go on many cruises and I’ve never had a cabin this small, never mind a hotel room. However, it is what it is and very nicely furnished with nice towels, bottle of water, fridge, comfortable bedding. I got a really good rate for my one night and I am back in Lisbon in November but the price is more than double what I paid and it’s not worth that. However, I will always consider Ibis Styles when coming to Lisbon. It’s only 5 minutes from and to the airport so taxi is cheap, but they do have a free shuttle TO the airport starting at 0600 - it doesn’t operate in the other direction.
