Had a few drinks here whilst staying in Morgins. A lovely, relaxed & cozy atmosphere with a warming fire, soft sofas and lots of cushions. The kids played chess whilst we watched the snow flakes fall on Morgins & enjoyed our drinks, served by the friendliest bar man around. I believe he was from Columbia and he made the experience all the more enjoyable!

Chez Jan is the perfect boutique hotel for friends or couples looking for understated luxury, great comfort and unbeatable convenience on the Swiss side of the Portes du Soleil. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere in the lounge, the wood-burning fire, and excellent food and beverage served with genuine care and attention to detail. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The ski hire shop is directly across the road and the ski lift behind this - so all super-convenient.

Stayed at Chez Jan in mid-February for five nights and really enjoyed my time there. Its ideal for skiing as you are right in front of a snow line rental shop and the morgin chairlift. The rooms themselves are spacious and well equipped. There is a nespresso machine in the room as well as complimentary water, tea and coffee. Downstairs the bar/restaurant area has a lovely atmosphere with a fire and comfy sofas. The food is well-presented and tastes great - the menu is not extensive but every option I tried was clearly crafted with care. Breakfast is very good and has many many components. I recommend trying some of the wonderful bartenders drinks. His usual gin and tonic (with cucumber and a special ingredient) is the best ive ever had. He also does a really lovely version with berries and pink gin. All staff were lovely, friendly, and so helpful. We has to leave early on our final day and were given a little packed breakfast to take with us. Very much recommend this hotel and hope to return!

Fantastic, friendly chic - well worth the stay. Manuel made us feel welcome at the bar every evening, Charles at breakfast, food and drinks awesome including the best cheese fondue I have ever had. Close to the ski lifts and rental shops, supermarkets etc and made some great restaurant recommendations too.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel. Sehr freundliche Besitzer. Zimmer geschmackvoll und neu eingerichtet. Zimmer mit Doppelbetten. Frühstück top. Parkplätze vor der Türe. Gondelbahn 2 Minuten entfernt. Ruhig. Man kann auch dort essen. Esszimmer/Aufenthaltsraum wunderschön eingerichtet. Angenehme Wärme in den Zimmern.

Voilà un petit hôtel familial qu‘il faut découvrir, calme et reposant l’idéal pour se ressourcer, les patrons sont aux petits soins pour les clients, et donnent de bons conseils pour découvrir la région. Le petit-déjeuner est super avec des produits frais, la carte est un peu restreinte c’est dommage, nous avons déguster une fondue excellente. L’hôtel est très bien situé avec un télésiège en face et un accès aux transports publics. Un endroit super pour faire de jolies ballades. Je recommande cet hôtel bien sympathique 😊

L'accueil est des plus chaleureux. Mon épouse ne supportant pas le gluten, la cuisine lui a préparé pour le petit-déjeuner des galettes de sarrasin, qui étaient délicieuses. Les propriétaires sont attentionnés et prévenants. Le barman produit de délicieux cocktails. La literie est très bonne et les chambres aérées. S'il fallait un bémol, la salle de bain n'est pas à la hauteur du standing vécu par ailleurs. Je recommande vivement!
