The staff at Garden Inn are the Best at every aspect. Riannon is second to none, with customer service.. Austin is an amazing cook and Bartender. Brittany does an excellent job managing and holding down the fort.. I am a long term guest with a lengthy past with Hilton Garden Inn, and will remain a dedicated customer for years to come.. And yes the rooms are nice also...

My husband and I recently visited our son in VT and had the chance to stay at The Inn at Virginia Tech. It felt like a stroke of luck, since it was a Sunday night, typically a low-cost night for hotels, and there were no campus events, ensuring good availability and affordable rates. This is a helpful tip for anyone looking to stay at a pricier hotel like this one. The hotel itself met all our needs, boasting a convenient on-campus location, an impressive building with beautiful views, spacious and quiet rooms, a very comfortable bed, and a spotless bathroom. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. We look forward to our next trip to VT.

I am writing to bring to your attention the persistent issues I have experienced during my stay at your hotel. This is my third consecutive week here, and despite being a paying customer, I find myself constantly struggling to receive basic service. In the first week, I reported my concerns to the Sales Manager, who offered a half-hearted apology. However, over the past two weeks, there has been no improvement in service quality. While the front desk staff have been consistently professional across all shifts, the overall service falls short. During my first week, the breakfast station ran out of hot food with an hour and a half left of service. Yesterday, there was no milk available. I am unsure who the General Manager of this hotel is, but the current level of service is unacceptable. I hope this review reaches someone who can address and rectify these issues promptly.
