Booked this online requested a ground floor room due to my mother's limited mobility, she uses a walker. When we arrived was told by front desk clerk that since we were the last guests to arrive she only had 1 room & it was upstairs. After being informed that there was no elevator available & no other rooms I explained we would not be able to stay there & needed to cancel the room. I think that they need to inform people to reserving that this hotel is not ada friendly
