Beach was beautiful , food definitely wasn't that good and cooking staff definitely couldn't cook , always out of food and condiments, and the maids were always out of towels and toilet paper

Please don’t pay attention to the previous views. Took my daughter and her friend here and we all had a blast. This property was amazing great location everyone there was very kind. The food was good me being a pescatarian this place had things for me to eat. Walking distance to the clubs they even had one on the property. Where all ready setting our next trip back. Samatha was a sweetheart and Caliba, Rowj also the one that checked us in, you guys was great.

I love the place very nice workers, I enjoy my anniversary and we have so much fan. I recommend I’m going back again with my kids

First night no blankets & only 2 bathroom towels for 2 adults and an 11 year old child even after calling the front desk and walking to the front desk to request it hours earlier. Food options were extremely limited and often ran out, spent a lot of time eating out which defeated the point of going to an all inclusive resort. Staff at beach grill at times behave as though they are doing you a favor to be there, waiting time to be served is 3 times longer than it takes to eat the actual meal. This is my third , worst and possibly final stay at this resort. I am not sure what changed but the staff seem defeated and uninterested.

The food was good. The property could use a few renovations. The rooms were very basic, for examples; 1 piece of artwork on the walls in the entire unit and there are no dressers, fading bathroom mirrors and very old sink drain. Linens were limited for some reason.

This resort was recommended to me by a friend but the only thing good about it is the location. Definitely needs lots of improvement, there were hardly ever towels. I was extremely cold the first night because they didn’t have blankets or comforters, slept with thin sheets (it was still cold even after we turned off the ac). Restaurant keep running out of plates. Food was ok, drinks were 10/10. Staff were nice.

I would not booked this hotel anymore. I was there 6 days and the sheet was on the bed 5 daysthey have no sheet no towels and food was no good.
