Ho avuto una vacanza incredibile all'hotel S. Il servizio era di prima vista! Ho avuto problemi con la bagno al check-in, e l'assistente GM immediatamente ha aggiornato la mia camera e ha aggiunto massaggi gratuiti per compensare le inconvenienti. Il cibo era delizioso e l'atmosfera generale era calda e accogliente. Se sei un amante del sole, allora sei in un trattamento!

Il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole e utile. Erano disposti a parlare o a solo offrire un benvenuto. La camera era bella e mantenuta pulita e sempre stata memorizzata. Il divertimento era diverso da quello che ho mai vissuto prima e era molto interessante. Uno dei coordinatori di divertimento, Shanell, mi ha intrigato a partecipare al dipinto e al discorso di Sip e era un grande momento con persone interessanti. Ho potuto anche tenere il mio capolavoro alla fine, e tutto ciò che ho avuto un grande soggiorno e certamente andrò di nuovo.

Excellent staff from the Wayne the shuttle driver to the front desk clerks Mervina and Beverly and the activities clerk Marsha. Housekeeping and bell hops gave excellent service. Housekeeping surprised me with a beautiful birthday surprise designed with flowers and towels on my bed!! Very clean modern room with large flatscreen had firestick tv steaming! Fridge wasn’t working properly and hot water kept going out but it was fixed quickly. Ice bucket / coffee pot present but must get ice from restaurant. Dining staff very accommodating. Food was ok. Breakfast is complimentary with local menu mixed with American items. Loved eating overlooking the spectacular views of the ocean and planes flying in nearby at MJB airport. Lunch and dinner not comp. I ate down the cul de sac at Peppa’s Restaurant which had amazing food. Property interior is very nice and the views leading to the ocean overlooking the tourist areas spectacular! One can see the The hotel sits on a hill so ging to and from tourist activities like the hip ***** and other tourist attractions nearby is 1.5 miles walking but a 30 min walk around and down the hill. BUT THE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE TOURIST ***** SHOULD BE COMPLIMENTARY. I spent most of my money on shuttle service which only was less then 2 miles!! Each way is $20!!! Free shuttle service should be offered only to the main ***** because it is dangerous walking around a hilly terrain faced with speeding cars and trucks. The location on the map is somewhat deceiving. It’s best to rent a car just to go down the hill. Hopefully shuttle service will change soon and service ran periodically at least 2 times an hour to the ***** and back.

Non la migliore esperienza di controllo. Le camere non erano pronte per noi e molti altri ospiti. Il servizio clienti è stato però fantastico, e i dipendenti hanno fatto del loro meglio per renderci confortevoli. L'hotel stesso era buono. La cena era buona. La spiaggia era buona. Sentite, le sedie sono costose, ma purtroppo abbiamo dovuto usarle solo per circa un'ora durante il nostro soggiorno notturno, perché è chiuso presto e aperto tardi.

This is a great hotel for a short stay in Montego Bay. The hotel is within walking distance of the Hip***** for all the shopping, Restaurants and Bars. Whilst there you must visit the Pork Pit, the best jerk pork & chicken. The hotel staff are fantastic and Paul the driver is great with fantastic knowledge of the local area.

Il servizio era eccellente dalla zona di accoglienza alla zona di cibo. Ci siamo davvero goditi del nostro soggiorno. Il cibo era un po' limitato, ma è stato meglio perché potevamo cenare sull'altra proprietà con più opzioni. La stanza e ovunque era pulita.
