Gather with friends and family in a truly magical setting! Located in an exclusive enclave of Montecito, this historic four-acre property is a private mini-resort. Not only does it offer a short walking distance to Hammond’s Beach and the restaurants and shops on Coast Village Road, but there are numerous wonderful spaces on the property for gathering and plenty of private spaces to spread out so that you can truly enjoy spending time together.
Originally built in 1903, this estate has been totally renovated to include modern amenities with a rustic ambiance. It includes a four-bedroom carriage house with three Primary Suites as well as an attached three-story tower that used to be the farm’s original water tower. The Living Room features an impressive two-story sandstone fireplace that was fashioned around the original blacksmith's furnace and the Kitchen is fully stocked with every professional appliance. Detached from the carriage house are the Pool Cottage and Garden Studio Cottage, each equipped with a King bed, pull-out sofa, full bathrooms, and kitchen amenities.
When you’re in Southern California, the real show is outside. Sea Ranch is 4 acres of lush gardens, with mature landscaping and two auto gates that keep you totally private from the outside world. The property features a large pool with a lap lane and Baja shelf, a built-in 10 person spa, 2 barrel Sauna's (dry sauna & steam sauna), fire pits, a deluxe alfresco kitchen, and a 50" flat screen TV mounted outside. Swings, play structures, yard games, an in-ground trampoline, bocce ball, badminton, darts, and ping-pong provide endless ways to play. Organic vegetable and herb gardens, berry vines, and citrus trees are always available to guests of Sea Ranch.
