Important Information: The house is surrounded by nature, so you might encounter domestic cats (owned and from the surrounding woods), butterflies, birds, typical animals of Monte Argentario, and, naturally, insects such as mosquitoes. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, and additional mosquito nets above each bed can be provided upon request. The house is entirely on one floor. The road accessible by car is located above the house (in a higher position); from the parking area to the villa entrance, there are two small flights of stairs.
