We had stayed here a few years ago, and there was a shuttle service to the ski resort. Its our fault for not checking again, but this no longer exists making this a much less conveinient option. In general, the rooms are a little dated and the cleanliness was not as good as it could have been (dead flies, dust). The kitchen was well equiped. Some areas of improvement would be to have a series of walking paths through the resort instead of relying on walking on the snowy/icy road with cars flying by. Definitly not ideal when you have children. It would also be nice if there was better access to the village at the bottom of the hill, perhaps by a hiking trail.

Great location! 15 minutes drive to the lifts. Well appointed 5 bedrooms. Slept 12 people comfortably. Good sound proofing - we didn’t hear neighbours. Would have been nice to have more than 2 parking spots for that many people. Overflow parking is uphill and was full. Bring your own pans - the ones there are badly scratched up. There was NO shuttle, as was advertised - that’s a pretty important missing piece, given the parking lots by the mountain are full by 8 am on weekends.

I leased a condo privately for 5 months and have been pleased with the unit, although the kitchen was missing lot of items. Fortunately we have done this before and have a kitchen box we bring along with all the items that could be missing including my coffee bean grinder. Unfortunately all of the amenities, including the hot tubs are closed. The bus service that takes skiers to the hill has been cancelled this year. The only service is snow plowing. The development is 2 or 3 star at best. We have rented at the Cap before and probably will again however new renters have to know the amenities you see in pictures are not open.

We stayed here for a week of skiing and it cannot get any better - It is 10-15 mins from Mont Tremblant and you obvioulsy need your car. - Staff are very friendly especially Alex at the reception. - Close to everything. There is a grocery store very close to this resort. - Childrens play area is good. - Hot Tub works great - We worked from home during our stay and the internet was great and secure - TV was not working probably because we did not know French and we could not navigate. - Rooms are massive and the accomodation feels more like a home than a resort which is particularly important when traveling with family. WE WILL COME BACK TO STAY HERE AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. Restaurant on site is not great. Maybe a 3/5. But thats probably because they hardly get many people visiting them.

Cap Tremblant seemed like a great place to spend a long weekend as a couple. The resort had multiple pools, hot tubs, and was nestled in a small village very close to the main Mont Tremblant Resort. Upon arrival we were notified that all of the amenities were closed with the exception of the main pool due to COVID-19. This is understandable given that the resort sprawls across multiple groups of buildings and it would be difficult to control. I was also surprised that nothing was done with my ******* Gold status when we arrived. Typically VIP partners offer an upgrade or some sort of value-add, but I guess that didn’t apply here. Our condo was well laid out, but the design was very outdated and the bed was terrible... I mean terrible. Clean, but horrendous to sleep on. Add the fact that there was ZERO A/C, and it was nearly torturous to sleep. The upside to this resort is the natural beauty it is located in. We had very beautiful stay at Cap Tremblant mountain resort. I loved the magnificent view, beautiful atmosphere around the resort, the staff are very nice, we saw deers, turkeys walking around peacefully. the room is very clean and comfortable, beautiful decoration and amazing view. Feel so grateful to have opportunity to stay at the resort.

Second time staying at Cap Tremblant, Our stay was Feb 14, 2022. The condos are decent but some Amenities that brought us here in the first place were not available and were not advised of these at time of booking. There are no pools/sauna open at all, they were all closed for renovations . There was also no shuttle service to the ski hill. This is not what is one their website and we were provided a shuttle schedule when we checked in on Monday. For 4 people in a unit there was one roll of toilet paper, mostly empty box of Kleenex, no paper towel in kitchen. Dirty dishes in dishwasher(after being washed). Dishwasher didn’t clean lightly soiled dishes. There are two bathroom fans and neither work. We will be staying somewhere else next time

On our trip trough east Canada we stayed 2 nights in one of the condo's. Great view on the hills and a very spacious, clean condo. Only the furniture was a little bit out dated. 1 Pool was open but was enough for us. Lot to do around Cap Tremblant, we had to move onwards but could have stayed for couple more days. Unfortunally, too far from the Netherlands, otherwise I would book for a winter experience over here.

Beau condo nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une unité rénové. Beau paysage et tranquilité. Il y a une piscine et spa extérieur, gym et une petite salle avec une table de pool. Point positif; - grandre piscine extérieur chauffé - spa extérieur - condo spacieux - bbq - foyer Point négatif; - les chaînes indiqué dans le livre ne sont pas disponible.
