La nostra famiglia si è fermata per 3 notti alla fine di dicembre. L'hotel era molto pulito e tranquillo. Ci siamo fermati in una suite da letto con cucina. La stanza non dispone di forno, ma c'è un frigo, un congelatore, un tostapane, una microonde, un forno, un caffè).La posizione del centro era grande! Il parcheggio era una brisa, c'è una porta nera del garage per il parcheggio sotterraneo. Anche se il segnale di parcheggio deve dire: “Homewood Suites” dice semplicemente “parcheggio de l’hotel $15” che come ospiti di prima volta non eravamo sicuri se fosse il nostro hotel o no. Negozi vicini sono tutti camminabili. Si consiglia molto di andare al Supermarche, È anche un Starbucks che si trova direttamente intorno alla strada per fare la vostra autocartuccia (una vasta selezione di baguette fresche, formaggio e carne - prezzi fantastici anche). Il bagaglio è stato molto grande e luminoso, è accessibile solo attraverso la camera da letto. La piscina era molto piccola per un hotel familiare (10 persone) e la temperatura dell'acqua poteva essere più calda. Vogliamo davvero che ci fosse un tubo caldo per rilassarsi a notte e riscaldare dopo la piscina. Il buffet di colazione incluso era molto conveniente per la nostra famiglia. Il personale dell'hotel era molto accogliente e utile. Avrei consigliato molto questo hotel.

Trasporti - le persone ”autonoleggiate” sono 20 dollari canadesi alla notte, che ritengo ragionevole. Well considering this has only been open 7months I am surprised at the poor workmanship. The door to our room let in a beacon of light, it was so poorly fitted. The carpet was lifting, the toilet roll holder was installed wrongly so the toilet roll falls off. A panel above the bed was not painted, the desk under the tv was bubbling and lifting. The service was poor, the breakfast included in our package was kosher, it was not a great selection, cold boiled eggs, cold poached egg, dairy free yoghurt. Cereal was a good selection but no bowls to eat it out of, there was metal knives and spoons but no forks. Our second day we went down and it was closed with no notification thankfully the the hotel accommodated us into the bistro, which is amazing food and questionable service depending on who is on. On our final day a Saturday, it was open, but no electricity as it’s a day of rest. So no toast no coffee, wow again thankfully the reception supervisor accommodated us over the road at the Marriott residence inn. Only one lift worked the whole time we were there. And outside the lift the luggage trolleys sat blocking the route for 2 full days. Housekeeping …. It didn’t come around one day until 5pm and then when we said can you come back in 10minutes as we are going out then. We had already gotten towels brought up from the reception. The housekeeper stood in our door with her foot holding the door open with her arms crossed. Needless to say we grabbed our stuff and left imminently as we felt pressured. On our final day they didn’t come at all. We got back at 1600 and they hadn’t been so granted we put out do not disturb sign out. It’s not all bad… the rooms are very spacious, the shower is huge with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash that’s attached to the wall. The curtains are so thick and completely blockout. The TV displayed a welcome note, and we had a single bottle of water and nature valley bar. One between 2 of us…. The rooms are very tech savvy. With electric panels as you walk in and on one side of the bed. The hotel is really close to the Napur metro station, only 6 minute walking, and very cheap, plus fast to get to anywhere. We were staying in zone A throughout our stay, so bought a 3 day pass for $21.25 which was ideal. Also this was our honeymoon and we had made them aware, they didn’t do anything, we weren’t asking for much, but a drinks voucher or a bottle of something would have made all the difference. We married in a UK Marriott and all they did was love heart petals and a bottle of Prosecco, a small gesture makes all the difference.

La settimana scorsa, mio marito, mio figlio e io abbiamo trascorso 4 notti al Residence Inn Montreal Midtown. L'hotel è piuttosto nuovo, pulito e moderno. L'area di lobby e colazione sono leggeri e aria con molta spazio; non abbiamo mai dovuto aspettare una tavola di colazione. Avevamo una camera di re con letto da divano, la stanza era molto spaziosa, ben posata e molto pulita, tutto era in buona riparazione, il bagno era spazioso, la doccia aveva una grande pressione idrica e nessuna acqua esplosa, che era insolita per mio marito. I letti erano molto confortevoli, anche il divano di scarico per mio figlio. La cucina era ben attrezzata con grande frigorifero, cucina top e lavastoviglie. Il personale era grande. Voglio riconoscere in particolare il personale ingegneristico e di manutenzione. Quando abbiamo chiamato la ricezione per qualcosa, un membro del personale è venuto nella nostra stanza entro 10 minuti per portare tessuti supplementari o per fermare il lavastoviglie dal lavastoviglie e tutti sono stati amici e utili. Il colazione ogni mattina è stato il migliore che abbiamo avuto in un hotel da quando la pandemia è stata una vera colazione calda con vari oggetti da scegliere ogni giorno, tra cui uova, bacon/sapone, patate e un oggetto vegetariano. Con le waffle belghe, molti pascoli, frutta, cereali, yogurt e bevande. Tutto era costantemente riempito e caldo. Il personale ha tenuto tutto pulito e pulito. Parcheggio nel garage sotterraneo era facile con accesso diretto agli elevatori dell’hotel. Il quartiere era bello, ma non è il centro che è quello che abbiamo bisogno con un vicino accesso alle autostrade. Ci è una stazione di metropolitana a circa 10 minuti a piedi che abbiamo portato al centro di un giorno. Ci è anche una piccola piscina e un bel palestra. Se non dovete soggiornare nel centro di Montreal, consiglio molto questo hotel.

The rooms were big for a hotel in the middle of the city. They didn't give a lot of supplies in the bathroom. They didn't have any new toothbrushes for people to use in case they forgot. They weren't prepared and expected us to get more if we needed it. They gave a small shampoo bottle that lasted 1 day and I was with 3 other people. When it was around independence day the only elevator the reached the top floor(5th floor) was out of order. I had to take my heavy suitcases to the 4th floor using another elevator and lugg them thru stairs to get to 5th floor. The complimentary breakfast was good; staff inside luzzatto were also super friendly and kept the place clean and tidy.

La nostra famiglia si è fermata per 3 notti alla fine di dicembre. L'hotel era molto pulito e tranquillo. Ci siamo fermati in una suite da letto con cucina. La stanza non dispone di forno, ma c'è un frigo, un congelatore, un tostapane, una microonde, un forno, un caffè).La posizione del centro era grande! Il parcheggio era una brisa, c'è una porta nera del garage per il parcheggio sotterraneo. Anche se il segnale di parcheggio deve dire: “Homewood Suites” dice semplicemente “parcheggio de l’hotel $15” che come ospiti di prima volta non eravamo sicuri se fosse il nostro hotel o no. Negozi vicini sono tutti camminabili. Si consiglia molto di andare al Supermarche, È anche un Starbucks che si trova direttamente intorno alla strada per fare la vostra autocartuccia (una vasta selezione di baguette fresche, formaggio e carne - prezzi fantastici anche). Il bagaglio è stato molto grande e luminoso, è accessibile solo attraverso la camera da letto. La piscina era molto piccola per un hotel familiare (10 persone) e la temperatura dell'acqua poteva essere più calda. Vogliamo davvero che ci fosse un tubo caldo per rilassarsi a notte e riscaldare dopo la piscina. Il buffet di colazione incluso era molto conveniente per la nostra famiglia. Il personale dell'hotel era molto accogliente e utile. Avrei consigliato molto questo hotel.

Nice hotel, very big rooms with comfortable bed and clean. The rooms were equipped with a refrigerator and kitchen and we had a nice stay. The downside was the breakfast which was poor in my opinion. Also coffee in the room from the coffee machine tasted bad.

Well considering this has only been open 7months I am surprised at the poor workmanship. The door to our room let in a beacon of light, it was so poorly fitted. The carpet was lifting, the toilet roll holder was installed wrongly so the toilet roll falls off. A panel above the bed was not painted, the desk under the tv was bubbling and lifting. The service was poor, the breakfast included in our package was kosher, it was not a great selection, cold boiled eggs, cold poached egg, dairy free yoghurt. Cereal was a good selection but no bowls to eat it out of, there was metal knives and spoons but no forks. Our second day we went down and it was closed with no notification thankfully the the hotel accommodated us into the bistro, which is amazing food and questionable service depending on who is on. On our final day a Saturday, it was open, but no electricity as it’s a day of rest. So no toast no coffee, wow again thankfully the reception supervisor accommodated us over the road at the Marriott residence inn. Only one lift worked the whole time we were there. And outside the lift the luggage trolleys sat blocking the route for 2 full days. Housekeeping …. It didn’t come around one day until 5pm and then when we said can you come back in 10minutes as we are going out then. We had already gotten towels brought up from the reception. The housekeeper stood in our door with her foot holding the door open with her arms crossed. Needless to say we grabbed our stuff and left imminently as we felt pressured. On our final day they didn’t come at all. We got back at 1600 and they hadn’t been so granted we put out do not disturb sign out. It’s not all bad… the rooms are very spacious, the shower is huge with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash that’s attached to the wall. The curtains are so thick and completely blockout. The TV displayed a welcome note, and we had a single bottle of water and nature valley bar. One between 2 of us…. The rooms are very tech savvy. With electric panels as you walk in and on one side of the bed. The hotel is really close to the Napur metro station, only 6 minute walking, and very cheap, plus fast to get to anywhere. We were staying in zone A throughout our stay, so bought a 3 day pass for $21.25 which was ideal. Also this was our honeymoon and we had made them aware, they didn’t do anything, we weren’t asking for much, but a drinks voucher or a bottle of something would have made all the difference. We married in a UK Marriott and all they did was love heart petals and a bottle of Prosecco, a small gesture makes all the difference.

La settimana scorsa, mio marito, mio figlio e io abbiamo trascorso 4 notti al Residence Inn Montreal Midtown. L'hotel è piuttosto nuovo, pulito e moderno. L'area di lobby e colazione sono leggeri e aria con molta spazio; non abbiamo mai dovuto aspettare una tavola di colazione. Avevamo una camera di re con letto da divano, la stanza era molto spaziosa, ben posata e molto pulita, tutto era in buona riparazione, il bagno era spazioso, la doccia aveva una grande pressione idrica e nessuna acqua esplosa, che era insolita per mio marito. I letti erano molto confortevoli, anche il divano di scarico per mio figlio. La cucina era ben attrezzata con grande frigorifero, cucina top e lavastoviglie. Il personale era grande. Voglio riconoscere in particolare il personale ingegneristico e di manutenzione. Quando abbiamo chiamato la ricezione per qualcosa, un membro del personale è venuto nella nostra stanza entro 10 minuti per portare tessuti supplementari o per fermare il lavastoviglie dal lavastoviglie e tutti sono stati amici e utili. Il colazione ogni mattina è stato il migliore che abbiamo avuto in un hotel da quando la pandemia è stata una vera colazione calda con vari oggetti da scegliere ogni giorno, tra cui uova, bacon/sapone, patate e un oggetto vegetariano. Con le waffle belghe, molti pascoli, frutta, cereali, yogurt e bevande. Tutto era costantemente riempito e caldo. Il personale ha tenuto tutto pulito e pulito. Parcheggio nel garage sotterraneo era facile con accesso diretto agli elevatori dell’hotel. Il quartiere era bello, ma non è il centro che è quello che abbiamo bisogno con un vicino accesso alle autostrade. Ci è una stazione di metropolitana a circa 10 minuti a piedi che abbiamo portato al centro di un giorno. Ci è anche una piccola piscina e un bel palestra. Se non dovete soggiornare nel centro di Montreal, consiglio molto questo hotel.

The rooms were big for a hotel in the middle of the city. They didn't give a lot of supplies in the bathroom. They didn't have any new toothbrushes for people to use in case they forgot. They weren't prepared and expected us to get more if we needed it. They gave a small shampoo bottle that lasted 1 day and I was with 3 other people. When it was around independence day the only elevator the reached the top floor(5th floor) was out of order. I had to take my heavy suitcases to the 4th floor using another elevator and lugg them thru stairs to get to 5th floor. The complimentary breakfast was good; staff inside luzzatto were also super friendly and kept the place clean and tidy.
