"Questa è una bella casa di mini-tipo.Su White Road, non lontano dalla casa di Hemingway, la lampada, il Westland e la strada Duval.
La stanza è molto carina, e c'è una mini piscina (come la piscina di massaggio)
La casa degli artisti cinesi e statunitensi è insufficiente verso la strada, c'è una moto che bombarda la strada di notte, e il rumore inevitabile.
”Hemingway House” dovrebbe essere meglio.

L'iscrizione si chiude alle 9:00 e il personale si chiude. There isn't a 24-hour reception desk, so if you're driving down be sure to leave plenty of time and get in contact so that you receive your late check-in instructions, unlike us. Siamo arrivati alle 10:00, a una porta chiusa, senza idea di cosa fosse il codice da entrare, e non abbiamo telefoni americani, non poteva chiamare il personale. Un ospite gentile ci ha lasciato entrare, e c'è un telefono sulla parte superiore di una casella di posta con un numero di ore. Dopo aver chiamato, il personale poteva parlarci con noi per ottenere le chiavi, ma la serie di passi lo faceva sentire come una stanza di fuga.
Camera: Camera piccola e compatta. Questo hotel è arrecato come una serie di cabine di stile piccolo. Per essere giusto aveva tutti gli elementi essenziali, ed era pulito. Il bacino era nella stanza separata dal bagno e dalla doccia, che era un po' strano. Tutte le strutture fornite. Purtroppo, l'unità AC è molto alta, ma c'è anche un fan, che è più tranquillo e tollerabile di avere indossato quando dorme.
Il personale è stato molto piacevole e accogliente. Bevande gratuite al check-in e check-out, nessuna sorpresa brutta con la tassa di ristorazione, che è $21.50.
Le opzioni per la colazione erano limitate, consistenti in frutta (melone e pineapple), mini pasticceria, granola iogurt pots e waffle. Caffè istantaneo in bottiglie. waffle sono state rese fresche dal personale.
Molti gatti si spostavano in giro in giro.

Breakfast included was alright, included hard boiled eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bagels and toast with jam, PB, and cream cheese. Starbucks coffee machine and water machine available throughout the day.
Air conditioning fan is a bit loud as the air handler is in the room. No one in the lobby to handle noise complaints at night, especially drunks using the pool after returning from a night out being obnoxious.
Charging a resort fee of $34.99, then charging $30 for parking is just an absolute money grab. Should've went with the other options that included the parking, but didn't include breakfast as that breakfast was not worth $34.99...

UUtente ospiteDas Hotel habe ich anstatt eines in Key West selber gewählt, weil es einen Shuttle Service ins Zentrum anbietet und einen größeren Pool hat. Jedoch war dieser an unserem Abend ausgebucht. Wir mussten 2 Stunden warten und 3 Busse ziehen lassen. Der Shuttle zurück war ebenso voll. Wir sind extra den langen Weg zum Treffpunkt zurückgegangen, und dann vor unserer Nase ohne uns weg. Wer nur 1-2 Tage bleibt, hat also Pech. Das Zimmer war ultrasunkel aber groß. Die Flugzeuge hört man tagsüber sehr wohl und zwar unmittelbar. Es sind große Flzgzeuge und die fliegen alle 20 min.
Ansonsten okay. Von dem Frühstück darf man nicht viel erwarten, Kaffee gibt es den ganzen Tag in der Lobby

GGary McGinnisAmeracay is a very nice resort. It's not too far and easily accessible. It gas a nice tiki brand beach as well as a very nice courtyard with game areas and firepits.
The resort is in an area that has iguanas. These are harmless if left alone. Make sure yiu balcony door is shut so a curious iguana does not visit. You also should ve aware that in case of a cold snap, iguanas fall from trees. As long as they don't hit you in the head again they are harmless. Visited the outside bar fi a sandwich. Everything in the Keys cost more so prices are moderate. We shared a sandwich with no issues. The lobby area is very nice with suspended swinging chairs. Decorations are ”islandish” which is appropriate. There is a selfie wall which has keys mounted. There is also a wall mounted magnetic Scrapple game.
There are nice restaurants within walking distance. Both Midway and Lazy Boys were busy. If you go out for dinner, expect moderate wait.
Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The resort has a very snLl gift shop. Not much for men unless you need a bathing suit.
The only problem was the entire area was having water issues. There was no hot water in the room.
I would stay again. It's about half the cost of staying in Key West. There are places very close by if you want to plY in, on, or under the water. It may be possible to book a ride out to Alligator Reef Lighthouse via a service near by. Lots of places to hop on a fishing boat.
The water off Islamadora is a nationally protected coral reef. Make sure you know what you can and can't do on the reef.
The resort does not allow drone flying on property. You might be able to fly from a nearby bridge.
I will probably visit again.

UUtente ospiteLa concha is a beautiful & historic hotel in the heart of beautiful Key West. The location is unbeatable & the balcony rooms, while smaller than other standard rooms, offers excellent people watching & beautiful blue sky views. A parking space is included, which is great to have right on Duval & Fleming Streets. The staff was mostly very friendly, but the service level varied. At one point in our stay, the front desk went out of their way to make us a key card to use the microwave located in the conference room. When I asked to use it the next day, another staff member says there wasn't one in the building. I went & took a photo through the window to show him. He then said he could not grant me access as the desk had previously done. No biggie but a little frustrating.
Our main issue with the hotel was HIDDEN FEES. Upon arrival, we were told we would be charged a fee of over $80 per room as a ”destination fee,” which was never explicitly disclosed & was certainly not fairly advertised. I asked about waiving this fee & the night desk said it was possible to check & see with day manager. The next day, they insisted the fee could not be waived & were unwilling to help with it further. I let them know I booked through a 3rd party prepaid, it said fees & taxes were included. They said read the fine print. They charged my card for the fees. Not being forthcoming and clear about the destination fee was the issue I had. And having parts of the hotel amenities, including outdoor areas, being closed off during the stay make this resort/destination fee more of a slap in the face. To highlight this point, the staff at this ”destination” hotel warned us that if we see some stuff a little run down or not in operation, its because the hotel just got bought & things wouldn't get straightened out until the new company takes over.
Also minor issues for such a pricey hotel included missing slats on the inner balcony door & similar minor cosmetic issues.
Other than that it is a beautiful building & top-notch location. Overall the experience was very enjoyable.
P.S. The awesome bar tender makes delicious key lime martinis!

UUtente ospiteIl resort è bellissimo, il personale è molto amichevole e ben addestrato, ma ci sono alcune cose che mi aspettavo di avere in questo tipo di resort.
In primo luogo, come hotel a spiaggia, le vestiti da bagno sono spesso bagnate e sabbiose, quindi mi aspettavo di avere un posto nella stanza per lavare e appendere i vestiti per asciugare il giorno dopo.
In secondo luogo, l'hotel non offre una caffetteria per un caffè pomeriggio, e apprezzerei se ci fosse un caffè o un caffè all'interno.
In terzo luogo, quando andiamo con i bambini, mi aspetto che le attività dei bambini siano sulla spiaggia, dove tutte le famiglie si stanno impiccando, e che la zona di erba sia utilizzata per un campo di gioco, eccetera.
Quarto, mi sono perso di avere una cucina nella stanza, sarebbe stato utile avere un frigo e una microonde.
Abbiamo avuto un bel tempo e ci ritorneremo in vacanza.

Ho avuto un grave problema al check-in, perché la mia prenotazione era per 5 persone, tra cui un bambino di 10 anni, e la consulente ha detto che le camere per questa configurazione non erano disponibili e che l'unica soluzione sarebbe stata la noleggio di una nuova camera. Anche se non sono d'accordo, ho fatto così per non creare conflitti durante il viaggio e pensando di risolvere con Trip questa situazione dopo, ma quando sono entrato nella prima stanza ho capito che potrei sostenere la mia famiglia e sono tornato alla reception, ma con un'altra persona, Poiché il turno era già stato cambiato, chiedendo l'annullamento della seconda camera, che è stato risposto dalla cameriera, che mi ha informato che non ci sarebbe stato alcuna riscossione extra e che l'annullamento era stato effettuato.
Quando si eseguiva il check out, lo stesso ascoltatore che ha fatto il check in era di nuovo in servizio e mi ha recuperato per la seconda camera dicendo che era stato separato per me e che obbligatoriamente dovevo pagare i costi.
Solo dopo molta resistenza e la mia contestazione questa assistente ha accettato che non c'era debito per la seconda camera ha autorizzato il check out. Va anche detto che non è stata una persona gentile e gentile, ma finora questo debito è ancora in corso di pagamento sulla mia carta di credito e chiedo che venga spostato.

UUtente ospiteThe resort was very beautiful and well maintained. The cottage we stayed in was spacious and we really liked the decor and how soft the beds were. The food was good but a little pricey. We were not impressed with the cabana rental. The cabana was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait for it to be cleaned and set up. The cabana was not labeled and we were confused on which cabana was ours as there were 2 next to each other. We asked when service would start and we were told 10am, then we asked again at 10:45, then went to the front office at 11:30 and when 12pm rolled around with no service we decided to leave and get our money back on the cabana. At that point all we paid for was a chair and towel which did not meet our expectation when spending $250.00 on a cabana for the day. I would recommend several things for the cabana. 1. Number the cabanas so you can clearly see the number. Telling us Cabana 2 does not help when they are beside each other. 2. Stock the min fridge with water. 3. Clearly explain on the cabana rental that food/service will not start until a certain time. We expected to at least get something to drink while in the cabana. 4. Install a call button or app that you can be in contact with someone when you need something. There was a significant delay on getting our refund. And we do appreciate the Manager helping us on Friday get that resolved before we checked out on Saturday morning.
All in all, the resort was great. We loved the vibe and updates made to the property. The rooms were comfortable and fresh, and we loved the beds as they were very comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. We most enjoyed fish like a local with Patrick. We found that the pool in the middle of the property was less used and felt more quiet and more private therefore we spent our time with a good book. I would give the stay at 4.5 out of 5. Highly recommend trying out Three Waters Resort.

UUtente ospiteSono stato a Ocean Pointe dagli inizi degli anni '90 e ho sempre goduto del mio soggiorno. Ho suggerito di scegliere il modello di 2 camere da letto per la vista del master bedroom sull'oceano. Le unità di camera hanno la camera accanto alla porta di entrata e alla passeggiata esterna - i soldi aggiuntivi saranno ricompensati con la vista dalla camera da letto. Il resort è conveniente per alcuni dei migliori ristoranti nelle chiavi superiori e medie, nonché per la Mariana di Robbie e altri fermi turistici. Anche quando il nostro destino era Key West, ci fermiamo per la notte a Ocean Pointe, per iniziare nuovamente la mattina per continuare a guidare a sud a un ritmo rilassato. Questo viaggio era strettamente per rilassarsi al resort e si adatta perfettamente al conto.

This was my 60th birthday trip and when we got there this place looked just like their website. Beautiful Old style like you’ll never get to experience ever again.
We got a room upgrade to room on the Water. Room #1. There’s nothing fancy about them, but I think that’s what adds to the charm of the hotel but everything in the room is nice, comfortable, clean and works. Patio leads right outside to the water where you can sit on your deck or walk along the pier and look at the boats, we had a boat docked in front of our room. I loved watching the people getting ready to go out. I joked and told them I was happy letting them borrow my boat for the day. We enjoyed our daily Pelican visitors who sat on the post every evening and we enjoyed the Rooster every morning when we sat outside enjoying our ice tea. The pool is very nice, I dipped my foot in and it was a little chilly. The beach area wasn’t much of a beach in my opinion. But it still adds to the charm. Lisa and Tammy were very nice and friendly and we had no problems checking in or any issues whatsoever with our stay. There is a food truck on site we ate at 1st night, because we drove all day and it was real foggy by the time we were going to leave to go eat in Marathon. I had the Crab pizza and Brian had the Ham pizza. $15.00 each and big for one person if your hungry. I didn’t eat all of mine. lol. But very good. The hotel just changed ownership and are doing upgrades and some renovations, so at times while we were there it was a little noisy but nothing we couldn’t deal with. We will definitely stay here again when we go back to the Keys. Because you’re not going to get this Old Style feel staying right on the water for much longer any where else especially for these prices. Pictures our from the deck of our room and one is of our baby sleeping on the comfy bed. Conch Key 🌴.
