Bello, semplice e pulito. Colazione calda disponibile! La TV funziona correttamente, anche se i pulsanti del telecomando sono difficili da premere. Letto comodo, facile regolazione della temperatura, bagno pulito. La sedia della scrivania sembrava essere stata masticata a pezzi, però. Anche i loro ascensori sono un po' scalcinati, ma hanno dei cartelli: basta seguire queste istruzioni e andrà tutto bene. Vicino a molti posti e buoni ristoranti! Nel complesso, un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo!

Un soggiorno di notte per due a Residence Inn, Hunt Valley, MD, è stato un disappunto, poiché alcuni soggiorni di Marriott sono stati durante la pandemia. Il personale è stato abbastanza piacevole al check-in, ma poi una sorta di scomparsa dopo. Quando abbiamo controllato, nessuno era al dipartimento (un ingegnere/tecnico ha fermato una riparazione in una stanza adiacente per eseguire una ricetta). La stanza era un design decente, anche se la tendenza a rimuovere due letti doppi e utilizzare un re più nascosto-a-letto (inconfortabile a sedersi, molto meno sonno), non è un plus. Ma la stanza non era pronta per l'uso in tempo prima: il bagno non era pulito (spinelli d'urina sul bagno e un grosso gruppo di ruscelli, di solito un'indicazione di vacanze a lungo termine, un tubo/duche con tela che aveva bisogno di pulire). La stanza sembra aver sofferto di rimozione pandemica: due dei piatti più necessari, pannolini, apparecchiature piatta (ma non forche), barre minime di sapone nel bagno, nessuno strumento di scrittura, nessun vetro nel bagno, ecc. Le tinture sulle ”settile da pranzo” e le scarpe e i danni sulle pareti suggeriscono che la stanza è stata trascurata. Il colazione era piuttosto minima: le uova standard preparate, il salsa congelato, e i pane dolci pacchetti ala twinky . disponibile.I cereali erano singoli oggetti in pacchetto, molto dolci, non così freschi.I produttori di waffle e la batteria preparata - non abbiamo fatto campione.In generale, per un hotel che ha tassi di rack ben al 100 $ - 250, questo non l'ha fatto.

Siamo stati al remodel limitato a Cockeysville per lavoro per circa l'anno scorso. Questa posizione è molto conveniente e vicino a tutto ciò che avrete bisogno da Walmart a stazioni di gas negozi e ristoranti. La posizione non è lontana dalla città e tutti coloro che lavorano qui sono estremamente carini.

We were delighted with our stay at the Sheraton Baltimore North. The front desk management and staff, and other hotel crew were very welcoming, knowledgeable, and responsive to our questions and requests. They went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met at check-in and during the stay with restaurant recommendations, transportation, etc. We enjoyed our lovely, well appointed room on the Club Level including the Club privileges. The hotel location is fantastic with easy access to major highways/roads, and convenience with the Mall and other shops/restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this hotel and absolutely will return again soon. Thank you!

Forget any bad reviews of this property! They have since completely renovated the rooms and are about to further renovate the lobby restaurant which is currently open for coffee and breakfast. The staff told me they will be adding more food options for dinner soon. I got great Sushi for dinner at the Wegmans just across the road. I stayed at this hotel years ago and loved it, as it's and tucked back from the roads in a nice greenspace with trees. What's great about these Old School Courtyards is they have actual balconies surrounding a nicely landscaped courtyard with a firepit and sitting area. These particular Courtyards are well built and not made of ”cardboard” like so many of the newer chains. I have stayed in many luxury hotels so when I have to stay in a smaller chain hotel, I try and find these ”older” Courtyards by Marriott. The staff was extremely accommodating and especially the guy (I wish I could remember his name!) when I checked in who helped me find the exact room I wanted in a specific location. I had a beautiful large tree right outside my balcony in room 340. If you want a private, peaceful stay this hotel is it. Especially for a solo traveler. Another plus is the 12:00 checkout which is rare these days.

The front staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby and bar area were well maintained and had a great feel to them. Had a great experience with the restaurant and bar, Leslie was a great bartender and waitress. She made great recommendations and was very kind. She also did a wonderful job of making sure we had everything we needed and checking in on us. The room was spacious and clean with two large TVS, microwave and fridge and lots of accessible outlets. The breakfast is definitely the best one in the area with a wide variety of delicious foods from waffles and omelets to cereal and toast. The pool was pretty nice but was unfortunately too cold to really enjoy, although the hot tub was very nice. Gym area was great with good variety of machines for the size of the space. Overall atmosphere was wonderful and welcoming. Very clean too. The check in was pretty quick and easy and they were able to get us a room on a lower floor due to my son not liking heights. The African American woman at the front desk (I unfortunately did not catch her name), was so incredibly sweet and helpful. We didn’t know there was a $50 fee for each night and she was so helpful and patient while I ran to the bank to deposit more money. She was also very kind to my son and just all around was a pleasure to talk to. The only thing I didn’t love about the place was the $50 per night fee. It would be different if they were upfront about it, however I booked my room through the Hilton website and there was NO MENTION of the added fee. Also, the fee takes 7-10 business days to be refunded so that kind of sucks. And the pool was a little disappointing. My son was SUPER excited to go swimming-which he did-but the water was so cold that his father and I couldn’t stay in long so we weren’t able to play like we wanted to. Otherwise the whole experience was fantastic and would definitely recommend to anyone. Room-Very big and cozy. The beds were clean and well made. Pillows were a little soft but still comfy, and the blankets were nice and think. Huge TVS with accessible ports for your gaming consoles. Lots of easy access outlets. Couch was comfy and overall big enough for 3 people. The kitchen area was small but serves its purpose well. Bathroom was massive and well lit. Overall and nice room and great amenities. Nearby activities-Lots of great things near by! Hunt valley mall is less then a 2 minute drive. Ty he have all kinds of shopping with grocery stores, food places, clothing, home goods, crafts, and even a gym! There’s a light rail stop near by if you don’t want to drive. And lots of other close places to the hotel! Food and drink-Delicious food at the restaurant and bar area. And the specialty drinks where great! Had a wide variety of foods as well, everything from pizza to burgers to salmon to chicken tenders. We ordered a burger, pizza and steak and we ate every last bite of our dinner. Mi aspetto che questa marca sia un passo sopra la marca ”Express” dello stesso nome. Tuttavia, ho soggiornato in molti hotel ”Express” che erano molto più bello di questo. In primo luogo, il personale del desk front, anche se non rude, non erano sicuramente benvenuti e di poco aiuto. Secondo, la decorazione della nostra stanza era ... bene, moderna ma hafard per dire il meno. Ok, non sono un decoratore di qualsiasi estrazione dell'immaginazione, ma gravemente incompatibile, come hanno gettato in quello che era lasciato. E un tetto rosa? Non sono sicuro di cosa pensavano. Anche i letti erano senza sostegno e forniscono un terribile sonno notturno. Infine, ho pagato per un colazione, che era inferiore alla media per il colazione gratuito che avresti trovato nella maggior parte dei luoghi ”Express”. Il cibo ... era di qualità standard dell'hotel, una selezione molto limitata. Il meglio di tutto, nessuno prendeva i biglietti, quindi non vedo motivo per cui si disturbano a pagare. Mi sento come una gioiellina.

Il posto era pulito e la prenotazione era senza saldatura! Vale il denaro.Grande personale! Il personale del Front Desk è molto amichevole e accogliente! Acqua calda e bagno pulito! Sicuramente prenotera' di nuovo!
