I am so glad to share our experience at the SureStay Hotel! All the attendees were so friendly and respectful. As a bonus, we forgot an important item in the room but didn't realize it until we were at the airport and couldn't go back to get it. This was around 2 a.m. I called the hotel; they located the item in the lost and found area, and they were kind enough to arrange to have it shipped to another country. I am sharing this because we might think hotels for 1 or 2 nights are all the same, but the real difference is in the service we receive when we really need to solve a problem! Thank you so much; we truly appreciate your hospitality!

Although the hotel is located close to the airport, it requires about a 10-minute drive, and a vehicle is essential due to the actual travel distance.
The check-in process and all facilities were excellent—clean, well-maintained, and overall satisfactory.
It is a highly suitable choice for a one-night stay.

The worst stay I've ever had !
When I arrived the room, the 1 light bulb is missing, the phone was not working. I have to went down to the reception and reported that.
The receptionist had an unhappy face.
The shower water comes on and off, it just suddenly stopped when I try to adjust the temperature. I dare not to touch it before I finished the shower.
The day time receptionist stopped me to leave when my transportation comes, he said the bed frame is broken.
I told him how can I break the bed frame? He said:" Did I said you break the bed frame?"
So why you stopped me to leave and tell me so? If you doesn't means that why you telling me so?
He just kept repeating "Did I say you broke the bed frame ?"
When I went back to the room, I've found out that's the bed I didn't sleep with.
I told the staffs that I was alone in the room last night and I didn't sleep on that bed.
They kept asked me some nonsense questions. That's only you stay in the room? Who was the technician guy's name who came to fixed the lamp?
Actually the found that the bed frame was broken long time ago!
The hotel is in the middle of no where that's only 1 KFC available in walking distance.
All the facilities looks old and barely functioning.
The do provide service but just simple and cold breakfast in pack

The place is better than the previous hotel that we stayed last 2023. The front desk was very helpful.

They served breakfast as continental, but only poor and imitated foods. No eggs , no sausages, etc

The facilities were quite dated but room was clean. I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.

Upon check-in there was no power so we stowed our luggage and came back a couple hours later. Room was clean, but only provide towels, no wash clthes or hand towels. No cleaning service on follow on days. Maybe I'm out of touch with reality, but thought they still cleaned rooms daily and provided wash clothes as standard service.
