Elewana Tarangire Treetops

We stayed here for two nights and it is a truly stunning place. The rooms in the treetop lodges are very spacious with huge, comfortable beds looking out over the treetops. The showers are to die for ! The main lodge is full of comfortable seating with understated luxury and the staff are in a class of their own. We were looked after by our ambassador Patrick and he was so friendly and attentive with the utmost high standard of customer care. But everyone who looked after us could not have done more. One of the many special things about Treetops is the watering pool as most days you’ll have a visit from wildlife - day or night. This place is magic and the wildlife you will see on your game drives would recommend Tarangire and essential stop if you’re planning a safari in Tanzania. Our first two days of our honeymoon in Tanzania were spent at Tarangire Treetops, and it was a fantastic way to begin an unforgettable adventure. From Fabiano to Anthony to Clay, the entire staff at Tarangire Treetops were so welcoming to us after a long couple of days of travel, while the attentiveness at all times was truly first class. The main lodge itself is a wonderful to begin your day at breakfast and is great at night for a sundowner — with a gigantic baobab tree featured right in the middle of the lobby. The food is unbelievable, and the fire-lit dinner in the boma was a great way to usher in our first night in Tanzania. The watering hole just beyond the pool also offers a great way to see wildlife. As for the room itself, what more can be said about a treehouse in the middle of Tanzania. The room itself is so spacious with a gigantic outdoor deck to enjoy a few drinks and relax after a long game drive. This was an absolutely unforgettable stay!

This was our first stop and couldn’t be better. They had many surprise and gifts for us, the were so detailed attended we felt at home. The food was exquisite, the room and the views were amazing! The whole hotel was perfect. But special thanks to Sabore which made the whole experience different and welcoming, with the stories, his knowledge of the animals and their sounds, to Lazaro for the beautiful surprise in our room, to Picas for escorting us to our room and teaching us everything he could during that time and Damian for always being interested in in knowing how we were! They were so good at their job, they knew many things and were always willing to help you and teach you about their culture and the nature This it’s a must place to visit if you come to Tarangire, we had elephants in the surrounding areas so the stay was perfect!!

Tarangire treetops was really super, we had 3 nights here, the rooms are great, built up on stilts in amongst the trees, every room has a different view overlooking the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and efficient, food and game drives were excellent, we really had a great stay.
